The screenplay for this drama is really well written, it is fast paced and yet steady, never a dull or confusing moment, each episode flows great giving new elements for viewers to chase in the next, can't wait for new episodes morrow. Btw, I am sure Youku will dish out an "express package" or alike sometime next week, since we only have 10 episodes left, and yes, it is a 40 episode drama, I am certain, no less.

there are two calenders posted in the photo section, one says we will have ep 29 and 30 tomorrow June 17, and the other one says ep 29 on June 17. I'd go for 2 episodes on June 17, because Youku app posted trailers for these 2 episodes already, and they only post trailers they air on the following day.

Wang Zing Yui, the male lead, fits the role he covers perfectly, his acting, how he moves in costumes, how he speaks (not dubbed), the fighting scenes , his facial expressionsare all remarkable. I am sure he will have a great career in the industry, he deserves it.

The third daughter finally got the wake up call, stepping up for hersled and what she finally said to her mother in private earned her a chance to a better life. It seems the book didn't give her a chance , but I hope the drama would would give her one.

I am a fervent costume dramas fan, this series ia the best I have watched in the recent years, it gives me a courageous and intelligent female lead matched only by a strong, intelligent and handsome male lead. They form a formidable couple in this series surrounded not only by enemies but also by people who are just and loyal. The plot is intense yet lifted up by some light-hearted moments, the dialogues are well written ,delivering morale and justice. The pacing is really good, every episode adds new elements to the next, never a boring, time filling moment. If Youku would release a fast track package here and now, I would probably be among the first ones to sign up for it, just can't wait.

I too wish there would be 2 episodes tomorrow.. sigh

Quite misleading though, some may think the drama actually has a bad ending. I personally won't feel heartbroken as long as the drama ends

Don't think so, We should be getting only one episode tomorrow June 16, and it would be episode 28. Btw, the calender stated episode 27 will be aired tomorrow June 16, but this episode already went on air today June 15. Quite a mistake to make .

The palace scene is so rich in meaningful dialogues, how she held her head high and spoke, going against all that is evil and unjust with high morale , intelligence and integrity, a true scholar with courage and heart. No wonder the duke fell for her, and her cousin, too, even her ex husband dared to go against the princess to keep her identity safe.

Epsiod 23 does end with a cliffhanger in the sense that the princess marched into the palace acusing the female lead, and the episode ends right there. Episode 24 tomorrow will tell us if she succeeds or not.

I saw it in youtube. just went back to it to copy the link for upload, but couldn't find it. I am sure Youku will release the trailer in practically less than an hr from now, they always do, in the same moment when they release the daily episodes from TVOD status to VIP 6 hrs after the local airing time.
