I avoided the feeds and all the so called controversy regarding this drama cos i had only seen to episode 10 now…
to me alot of that stuff didnt in the webtoon didn't read "showing his humanity" as much as "this is what crazy people do" you know who's incredibly cruel one moment and sweet and caring the next? crazy people. i think this really is a matter of personal opinion/ experience. i've known guys like Jung, and no matter what their reasons for being the way they are they don't change and there really is no excuse for being a jerk. you can't fix people.

i'm with yall. lots of fans are acting like PHJ has been done a great wrong and that the entire drama has been absolutely ruined. to me it just seems like maybe people are shippin' too hard.
if you want to encourage people to watch this write episode reviews and comments in the comment section. there arent alot of things that get the MDL community riled up but early rating and review is one of them.
so i LOVE LOVE LOVE romance...in dramaland. in real life i'm kind meh about it. Here's what so many women don't…
all those things are are nice in moderation but they arent what you build a life on. Anybody can be sweet and caring and romantic when you're young and single and hot.
i adore my husband. he's fantastic and he did all the buy me flowers, open the car door presents stuff. he does still buy me presents for no reason occasionally. but life gets int he way of all that ins a real way that goes beyond "we need to make time for the little things." we cant go for a walk in the middle of the night, our 9 yo would wake up and freak out! piggy back ride? HA!!! he's 45 and i'm not as thin as i used to be. cooking carelessly means somebody is gonna have to go clean that mess up and i do NOT want to go clean the kitchen AGAIN. drying my hair? dude, my shower is my me time get out of this bathroom NOW. all that stuff seems meaningful, but it's really not, it's all cotton candy, it's great, yea, but after a while it'll make you sick to your stomach.

Here's what so many women don't get about romance as delivered by the entertainment industry:
it's soft core Lady Porn.
yes there are some us women (like me) who can cat call and ogle with the drunkest old perv but by and large what women fantasize about is idealized romance.
for women attraction has a very big mental/ emotional component. Romantic comedies and the like appeal to that part of our psyche the same way Naughty Nurses 3 appeals to men. guys have Cinemax we have down with love.
and just like the porn you're all familiar with the way romance is portrayed in Dramaland would NOT be desirable for real life. a guy that gets jealous when you stay late to work with your boss is cute- for 30 minutes. a guy that follows you around and keeps asking you out even though you have said "NO" is about as desirable as a chick who wants to bring 7 other people to bed. it all seems so wonderful because it's condensed into glorious 1 hr slices we down to escape our day.
IF YOU WERE HONG SEOL, WHO WOULD YOU CHOOSE? YOO JUNG SUNBAE OR BAEK IN HO TOTAL PARTICIPANTS: 400,128 POLL RESULTS:…
i think i'd probably pick In Ho. Yoo Jung is too much drama. sure He's hot and his personality is entertaining to watch but i wouldn't want to date it. if i was Hong Seol's Omma i would tell her to run from both of them like the plague. People don't change honey. If someone is going to get their shit together they have to do it themselves, you cant do it for them. which is probably why i lean toward In Ho, now that i think about it. he sees what he needs to do to be happy and he's trying. Yoo Jung's issues on the other hand are a personality problem. he can try to be more understanding all he wants but this is who he is. They are going to keep having the same fights.
Why are there 169 pages of comments, but the ones from 169 - 49 are empty and the comments actually start at the…
that's because there arent actually 169 pages of comments. this happens sometimes, a page will list more pages than there actually are. i've seen it other places on the website.
please answer my comment: since the drama is categorized as psychological, do you think thaat yoo jung is bipolar?
the tag psychological doesn't refer to a character with a psychological problems. mostly it just means a plot that leaves you guessing with a lot of unexpected twists. to your question, do i think the show might try to say he's bipolar, yea, sure, i could see them trying to make that assertion. k-dramas have a long history of using mental illness inaccurately so the fact that his behavior does not support bipolar disorder wouldn't stop them if they wanted to use it. i don't think they will though. they seem to be leaning more toward him just not giving a *F* because he thinks everyone is using him.
