Omg the FL is BADDASS! and why didn't I notice her projects earlier? She seemed to take serious character for her projects and she's super good. And the ML is also improving & never thought he can act this tough character.

They basically will have a normal couple banter. Before this, they were both hiding soo much of themselves. Now we gonna see whether they’re compatible or not cause HM loves control, someway along the way we will see why he’s hard to give his love.
Meanwhile, FL is just full of love she’s willing to give.

true! this will unveiled post lie discovery. this determines someone like HM who love to be in control of everything, typical rich male able to love and LIVE as lover with someone who has nothing but actually fully capable in everything. And FL will soon realised how capable is she without a male's love & the so called perfect life.

Tbh, the true reaction when is like queen of tears haha. That's how dangerous is faking a whole background can be, a fradulent. A person can enter a family and destroy them in a blink of an eye whatmore when a person with fake background.
But in this drama, the ML got upperhand since he has resources and smart & deep down knows the FL is a great and good person but he was blinded by her lies.

Good insight! he's a businessman, old money & seen everything as transaction as what she said few times. He just execute "marriage transaction" as what normal rich people do, marrying due business but in his case, he got the upperhand by using her vulnerability.
BUT- he'll realised that the FL able to be where she's now due to her effort NOT due to him, she's fully capable & smart women. & soon realised he did fell for her true traits. I think this is director's intention esp when on part she kept visiting the grandma

Yes & if you want to say that, we can flip them too, if she really loves him, she should tell him her real background, not parading a fake parents, taking other identity, lie to his parents, son. If not, he'll just seen her as a fraud. It's two ways. No one is better than the other.

In their case, from his POV, she met him first, made him saw her as the one who took the chance to "marry a rich guy" & he entertained her lies. Throughout the dramas, the director tried to portray her as a good controller of the story for her favour (the cooking shows with the rich women, the grandma, getting her MIL's favour), but they were actually her great character and talent that drive people towards her not due to his position as he claimed, BUT these CAN BE only realised after the lies are unveiled. The director emphasised on that when she kept visiting the grandma after divorce, the ML even said the FL the first women his mom able to accept. It wasnt due to HIM AT ALL but her capabilities.

After the lies are unveiled, then we can truly judge whether they are good with one another, when their flaws and secrets are open to another.

Nice guy, que sera sera kdrama also have kinda same premise but different reaction. People will demonise someone like the FL character if the ML is the poor guy who lies.

at last someone have this POV on why he x tell his secret with his son to the FL. There's no trust in the first place at all. His POC, She's a fraud & letting her know his dark secret will literally kill his son's life. The FL needs to realise this.

Yup, im sure they're young adult hehe. Im not supporting the ML but both are wrong. Sadly, most people demonise the ML. Despite all that, he did treat her proper as the "trophy wife", having dinners, affections like normal couple, channelling help silently for her to carry her lies while still holding her roles as the perfect wife. His family wasn't even that bad & he's just a typical, calculating rich man.

The FL needs to understand that there is no way she can find true love by lying like this. She is scared of rejection due to her parents, that's why she lied, but the ML won't understand the sincerity of her love if she didn't show her real self. I want the director to let her character developed not just as someone who wasnt loved by the husband. She's more than that

If we flip ZLS as the husband character, the reaction will be different haha.

If we look at a realistic marriage POV, from a non-heroine-biased perspective (try to flip the character's reaction, it would be different), the ML reaction makes sense. He's a rich man surrounded by people, including rich people who use each other for personal gain. His life was as calculated, it seems bad in reality, that's how rich people are.

Did he overreact? No, he can be worse than that & can just trampled her worse like typical rich man but no- cause deep down, he did ack the FL's good values & never treat her that bad as a husband. This was ack by the FL, he made her felt important ie "colourful" despite his flaws & fake. Is he a good guy? No, cause he's the typical rich man that used her for her vulnerability, but so does the FL, she wanted the perfection which she ack later that they weren't meant for her. Her lies was soo BIG tBh, esp when she's a poor background (different when she's being truthfull & married as poor woman rich man), a rich man will come up with different scenarios and sincerely loving him WONT be it. Plus, him not telling his secret son to FL is just him to protect his family, business esp son when she's just someone who lied (his pov) & can use it against her. I hope the FL understands this.

Cant blame him for questioning the sincerity of FL caused everything was based on lies. Both used & lie each other. The real romance started when the FL didnt take a cent from him, let him see the real her, when the FL willingly let him see flaws that she wanted to keep. The acceptance of each other's flaws really determines their compatibility. She's afraid of something she cant control tbh which in her case; CHANGE OF EMOTIONS(normal trauma reaction due to rejection). She is capable to be loved for what she is and she's FULLY capable of building happiness for herself. That's the intention of the director, she's a smart and capable women & no need for a rich family husband to bring her up

Man gonna land in big dramas for sure. Just wait for 2-3 years cause he got this yearning eyes and his face-he looks soo much like old HK actor and lil bit Song Wei Long

Omg ive never hated evil 2nd male lead & stepmother this much esp the guy despite how ridiculous is the short drama is. His face is just unlikable & no pretence that he was insincere from the start unlike other fake male character lol.

My heart & emotions were connected with every charcater, the ML, Kwang Soo, the doctors. D.O was crazy talented despite this is the first main lead he was in, the cries barefoot even Jo In Sung appreciated his talent soo much.

I was crying over his past, their struggles as couple and how big the FL love towards the ML. This drama truly has a special place in my heart. The best drama that dealt with mental ilness issues.

Omg, the ML story should be Seo Dan Ah & Kang Tae Oh. The flutters i felt when they interact esp whent the ost palyed. The dynamic is cute & love how they showed her struggle as strong female in her family & how the guy understand her position. Such great story

started meh but the progress is nice. The ost is killing it lol

Confomrt drama but who are the stylist of the ML. ive rewatcehd this but cant get over the suits omg

As a legal practitioner myself, this drama is the closet kdrama that depicts how corporate lawyer works (plus minus the drama lol) as compared as other legal dramas. ML leads attitudes, the competition, the cases etc. Im feeling that this drama sticks to its genre & focus a lot on the legal aspects of the corporate world & less unnessaccary dramas & scripts.

Unfortunate this was premiered during covid cause this one of the best kdrama of this genre ive watched, better than most recent dramas.
