Somehow I feel sad for Li Lun. His wish was to have his best friend on his side but now he's estranged from him. He's close to dying due to Wen Zongyu's poison in a body that doesn't even belong to him, with only Ao Yin by his side. He has harmed so many people. I don't even know why I pity him, I do feel like he will turn over a new page in the last moments of his life.

I do love his relationship with Ao Yin. He truly seems to care for her.

We don’t even know what his powers are yet. Wen Zongyu certainly has given him some demonic powers and he’s probably resistant to ZYZ’s one word spells just like other demonic humans that Wen Zongyu made.

People had strong negative opinions about FOF when it started airing. That probably turned away many people. I watch kdramas more than cdramas, and even I encountered a ton of negative comments about FOF on social media. I decided to give it a try anyway and I’m glad I did because this is easily my favorite release of this year and I’m going to rewatch it in the future as well. (This is where I’m hoping that the writers will give us a meaningful ending because otherwise FOF has been very memorable for me). Is FOF perfect? Defintiely not. Is there a room for improvement? Yes. Does it deserve the hate? I feel its a bit overblown. However, I'm no expert in cdramas. I have watched only a handful of them. Despite its flaws, FOF gives me butterflies and makes me giddy with anticipation. This hasn't happened in awhile. Unfortunately in life, not everything gets the attention/success it deserves. We can always hope that things can turn out to be better but don't let some strangers' opinions ruin something you have enjoyed over the past couple of weeks.

Or, in that scene from the last episode when ZYZ was applying salve on her neck. You could cut the tension in that scene with a knife.

PS: Though I have a feeling that one of them will die but eventually they all will find each other. For a drama that starts out with a suicidal all powerful demon, I hope they can end it on a positive note for the story to be meaningful.

FINALLY!!! If it were me, I would have torn it the moment I came back from that 300 year period in that sundial. WX is so much more patient.

All I want is for ZYZ to live his dream - living a life full of love as a mortal with WX and his best buddy ZYC. Yinglong's speech from last episode makes me hopeful.

"One day I will return to my old hometown,

I love this show so much. Even if the express package is released, I will watch the episodes slowly and savor it.

So I’m completely alright with the way it was shown. Afterall, actors shouldn’t be expected to something they don’t feel comfortable with. WX X ZYZ our no skinship couple. Finally some ace relationship representation too!

Does CDL usually have any no skinship clause in her dramas? I haven’t really watched her other works besides TTEOM.

While we are discussing serious oversights in FOF, here's a silly one that occurred to me a couple of days ago when Ep 17/18 aired. The scene after **that incident at Kunlun** with ZYZ, when ZYC slashes his sword in air and cuts open ZYZ's robe to see his back scars, technically that sword slash should have given ZYZ a bob cut but his hair remained untouched and glorious, and I'm infinitely grateful for that because imagine ZYZ with a bob similar to Edna Mode or Lord Farquaad.

I'm not sure if they ever confirmed that ZYZ's senses were also fixed. My understanding was that they only got his malicious energy under control with baize token. Remember that his senses weren’t fixed even when there was half of baize token on him during Qing geng’s time.
