I found a synopsis online from kissasiandrama, but I'm not sure if that's the source, so I'll just post it here. I haven't watched a Japanese drama in a while, but this one sounds interesting.
Kaori has long had a habit of suddenly saying words that hurt other people and this causes her to be bullied. One day she escapes from her classroom and sits on a bench in Kaminokami Park. She asks God to allow her to convey her feelings honestly, when suddenly a leaf falls from the cherry tree above her. "What's your name?" is written upon it.
The words were written by a girl named Saki who cannot speak. Kaori and Saki meet every day and gradually become friends. Saki teaches Kaori how to make friends and when Kaori makes new friends at school, she stops seeing Saki.
Saki wants to teach Kaori an emotional word that describes the friendship between two people whose time limit is approaching.
Initial thoughts on this drama, worth the watch for Xianxia fans, don't drop it! Check out the reply for a little…
Jade Emperor was pretty stupid tbh. The ending was good for the most part, it made sense to me. They mentioned the soul capturing treasure and the original issue (on why they wanted to kill the FL in the first place ) was also resolved. I don't get the hate for leads ending, this is a Xianxia with immortal sand spirits, as long as they are together in the end (which both couples are), everything is fine with me.
I'm going to make a real review (not a comment), but here's my hot take. (it may be wrong)
FL - Great job acting. SML SFL - good job acting and good romance story. Dylan - I guess some viewers like him, I do not and I've watched him in Meteor Garden, Ever Night S2, and will watch him again in Can Lan Jue. Oh well... This drama is basically 5 dramas in one and each one is done well (condensed and not draggy). 4 drama plotlines for ML, and 1 for the SL (maybe 1/2 for their previous life 1000 years earlier or is it 3000?) All characters were great, fights were good, music was ok, sets were diverse, graphics and effect were better than expected. Also slightly better kissing than the usual, what more can we ask for?
From the author's list, I recommend Dance of the Phoenix, The Great Ruler, The World of Fantasy, and Duoluo Continent as great examples of that genre. Fight Breaks Sphere and Martial Universe are on hold for me, for now.
Thanks to the author for giving a brief, yet informative article. I hope people can read this and understand what they like and why and then watch dramas that may not be good, but personally connects with you as a person.
I really liked the first season, the second season was trying my patience, but I enjoyed it. I'm not too sure about this season; seems like they are just milking this drama. At least the main leads are still in it.
I really would like to see the scheduled release dates.

Do you usually value words?
I liked her other photo better, it was closer to her face, you could see her eyes better. Oh well, still a nice photo.
