I completely understand you, and honestly, I feel the same way. It’s not about being rational or not, it’s about emotional attachment. When a couple really clicks and leaves a deep impression, it’s hard to separate that feeling and watch them with someone else without it hurting a little.
Agencies may see everything as business and profit, but for us as viewers it’s different. We invest feelings, time, and imagination into these couples, so of course it feels uncomfortable when that illusion breaks. There’s nothing wrong with you thinking this way, it’s just how attachment works.
It's just that for me personally is the first time that I got so attached to a couple, it's all so new to me 😭
