They tried to throw every possible cameo at this in the hopes oppa stardust could miraculously hide the terrible writing but alas even oppa blinders couldn't distract from the aimless plot and shallow character development. Pitiful waste of some talented veteran actors.

Ah ok. Pity as it distracts from the story and the actors are already good looking.

I just started The Legend of ShenLi and I'm enjoying it, but there's something off about their make-up. Is it just me? Is it a filter?

Started strong, I like the chemistry between the leads. But they're draging the lack of communication too much, she increasingly comes across as unrealistically timid when juxtaposed against her bold alternate personality. Today's episodes were draggy and the relationship made no progress. Hoping it picks up quickly in the next episode.

What are the chances that there will be express release of the remaining episodes? Does youku do this? Previosly some cdramas will release the last 6-10 episodes in one drop but I can't recall which platform it was.

Its a cute no stress watch where you find yourself smilling at the screen half the time. I love seeing him fall for her and the little things that giveaway how protective he is of her.

Yeah, the person who set up the list needs to clarify and if its 2023 only, they can just delete those that don't fit.

I think it's implied Best dramas that are from 2023, else the list might as well just be the best dramas you've watched - as the time we watched it has little relevance otherwise.

Based on another post I got the sense that the J-drama has a tragic/sad end?
Is there a high chance that k version will follow it? Anyone who has watched both can share if the k version is following it very closely or just a loose adaptation that might have it's own ending?
