Ahh! I shouldn't have opened this, I'm still at ep 9 🙈 So far for a series about the mysterious M, there's not much focus on uncovering his identity. 🤔
Chill ppl, MDL's overall rating is probably still calibrating, it gets wonky sometimes but after a few hours/days it usually adjust.
If you hover over it you will see that both the CW and Verified ratings are well above the ratings being currently reflected, in addition under the stats the average rating by the different ages are also well above the reflected rate.
#Mini-Rant cause I'm feeling disappointed, pls keep scrolling, need to vent. I guess it's my fault for getting my hopes up. As usual writer Nim starts of with a great premise, good build up and then it goes to hell in a handbasket. FL came across as empathetic, reflective and logical in the first 6 episodes, and in the last two became indecisive, cowardly and illogical. Th ex has way too much screen time. It also appears that the writer forgot she's not writing a 16 episode series but a 12 episode one, we're 3 quarters into the series and still zero payoffs. I fear this is another one with a rushed ending that will leave me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. 😞
Will watch this for the cells. While their pairing is really cute, I can't connect with a couple I know is not end game. Knowing they're not the OTP makes it impossible to get excited over them 🤷
Anyone who has read the web novel can share if the burglar is an important plot point? Or was it just a minor plot point to facilitate oppa to the rescue moment? Asking because it seems weird nothing was taken and he seemed more intent on her than on escaping.
sorry for the rant everyone, but I'm already so heartbroken and not ready for tomorrow's episode.
It's so frustrating to see that they had such an interesting story, characters and the writer just squandered it away 😭 I'm still holding out hope that they can tie up the loose ends, but it's going to be so rushed. I'm kinda mad, but more confused how they let it get to this ...
Loved every episode since ep10, but I'm very skeptical that they can wrap up everything and do justice to all the characters esp Ryun and Joong Gil in just one more episode. Which is making me even more annoyed at the ridiculous dog episode, what a wasted episode when it could have been used to explore our leads story's in more depth.
I would love to know too LOL. In the beginning I had the impression it was for the souls that committed sins or…
Thanks , the theory makes sense. Ryun if I recall correctly mentioned she wants to protect "him", I believe it's referring to Joong Gil too. But not sure how she can, like maybe there is a way to be redeemed so that you are allowed to no longer be a reaper and can get reincarnated instead.
I'm wondering if I missed something, can anyone tell me why Joong Gil is a reaper, (was this addressed and I missed it)? I can't remember what the rules are on who or why you become a grim reaper.
If the show hasn't addressed it, any guesses? If anyone knows how it is in the webtoon pls spoil it for me (but use spoiler tags). TIA
Loved episode 14, (still mad they prolonged until the last minute, their story is going to be rushed)
Hope they get a good reunited storyline and a straight up happily ever after. After all they've been through I don't want some ridiculous we make peace with each other and move on bullshit.
I want to see the Mother-in-law being escorted by grim reapers to hell for what she put Ryun and her son through, she essentially dehumanized and killed her.
There is though you really wouldn't feel SLS. The SL didn't reciprocate the FL's crush until after she falls for ML. By then you don't really feel he deserves her, though he is a good friend to her I guess. He also behave like a little jerk for a while when he realises he's too late.
It's also worth watching for the other stories, the supporting cast is good and the weaving of poems into the narrative is quite well done.

106 MDLers placed their guess on who is M. Here is the stats as it stands now,
58% (62 votes) Cha Min Ho
25% (26 votes) Moon Joon
8% (8 votes) Gil Mok Jin
5% (5 votes) Seo Ji Min
3% (3 votes) Ma Joo Ah
2% (2 votes) Min Yang Hee
My guess is it's Gil Mok Jin. We'll find out soon. Happy Watching!
Cast your vote on who you think is the mysterious individual, known only as “M”,
