btw, although I have my own criticism on this, I actually do not agree with people who are way too harsh on the…
Finally some one said it, it's not too easy to break off and cut ties in Eastern society. We are expected to care for and respect our parents and senior relatives, no matter how unreasonable or toxic or whatever they are. In India too we are expected to have this, it's especially stricter in more conservative families. The entire scenario here didn't feel unreasonable to me. I thought this makes it a more complex story with a second chance at love.
It's actually not too unbelievable, I mean in real life in the US, there have been serial killers who would frequent donut shops where police hung out and become friendly with them even talk about the serial investigation, the cops wouldn't suspect him at all. In this case this guy was regularly bringing cakes to the police station plus she met him as a volunteer for the first time. None of them suspected him that way.
I watched half of the first episode, I am already quite hooked. The only problem is that the subs are very bad. WeTv and Tencent are banned in India, I can only rely on dramacool or kisskh. I will definitely watch this though , maybe a little slowly , taking my time to understand the bad subs as much as I can. It's a very good series no doubt.
This one's really feeling like a chore to me. I am on episode 9 and I am barely hanging in. It has pacing issues and a bit too many graphic violent scenes for my liking , and also something feels missing in this drama that I can't put my finger on. It's a shame because I really wanted to like this and I love watching Taiwanese dramas. Probably about a 7 for this one from me. Also yes just like many people commenting here Victim's Game and Danger Zone are my favourites too. I also enjoyed Light the Night very much
Finally finished watching this. I loved the series a lot, it had me engaged for the entire time. I felt this was more of a good old police leg work and investigation rather than a convoluted whodunnit. Loved the commeradire among the peoole of the police station . Overall it was quite an entertaining ride for me.
