I think for me I went into this drama without any preconceived expectations and I ended up genuinely loving this story. It was thrilling, sometimes eerie and thought provoking. I loved the performances of all the actors. As for the romantic aspect of the story , I did like it a lot. I do understand the criticism about the romance being reduced but I did like the progression of it. I just don't understand why people constantly keep saying it wasn't BL enough or it would have been better off making it bromance, I don't get that from the show. Sure if the drama were 10 episodes it could have been more refined but I don't feel the sentiments "romance was absent so can't call it BL" nor do I feel the romance was unnecessary and a bromance would be better. I don't get why a BL story like this can't exist. This type of drama is hard to find in the BL genre, and I am really thankful a story like this was made and it exists. I have kept coming back to so many of the moments and scenes of this drama and probably will continue to for a while.
Viewing is a personal experience, you can hate something and move on but who gives you the right to decide whether…
Yeah probably didn't frame the sentence well, cause English isn't my first language, however after all of the discussion here if this is the only thing you point out, I don't know what else to say. The person kept calling this not a BL, on other pages also this person has been trashing the show, implying the actors saying they found it disgusting to kiss etc. Anyway I will take accountability for framing this sentence badly and apologise for that. The rest of what I have said , I absolutely stand by.
The ending suits this story rather than a happily ever after
They were just colleagues. Boss was obsessed with Kan committing Euthanasia so he statred killing sick people brutally thinking he is helping Kan. Boss killed them with no consideration of if they were in pain whereas Kan helped his patients pass away in peace while doing Euthanasia
The ending suits this story rather than a happily ever after
It is illegal in Thailand, legal in a handful countries. He could understand the unbearable pain the terminal patients were in and growing up he had seen his mom going through that unbearable pain. It affected him gravely and believes in the bodily autonomy of his patients to have the right to choose to end their life when they are at the end stage of their life. Also Kan is a gray character cause with what he did to Boss he def should be convicted.
The ending suits this story rather than a happily ever after
Wasan found out Kan was doing Euthanasia, there's a confrontation, that scene was outstanding. In the end Wasan asked if Kan will confess, and Kan said he would if that's what Wasan is asking. Wasan arrested Kan , it ends with Wasan driving him in handcuffs, while driving he gives Kan a dry hydrangea flower tells Kan that he loves him. It ends there. It's open ended
