Wen Yi Fan and Sang Yan's confession scene has got to be one of the best confession scenes out there. Personally…
I had so many thoughts running in my head when I was reading this comment and like others I too eventually teared up.
The beauty of love is truly in the mundane, simple and effortFUL acts of love.
I hope whenever people watch, read and remember Sang Yan and Yifan they remember all the efforts, time, patience and pursuit it took both of them to get where they are today. I'm also a firm believer that what's meant for you will never pass you by *however* you do have believe and hone the courage to go after it - something that both Sang Yan and Yifan exhibit.
Finally. We saw how bright smile Sang Yan really have when he is with Wen Yifan. The way he couldn't control his…
I haven't seen the episode but in the edits I did come across it was so good to see people making the connection between both of the rain scenes. In the beginning Yifan was holding the umbrella and Sang Yan was left heartbroken, without an umbrella and without of the love of his life and today he's the one holding the umbrella, with the love of his life reciprocating his feelings.
Both of have come such a long way. It was also heartwarming to see Yifan's eyes holding happy tears back, so happy Sang Yan could see she was just as happy as he was.
Every song I'm listening to reminds me of yifan-yan 😭Here are some lyrics.. •My town was a wastelandFull…
Girl yes! I can create a whole playlist all the songs that cross my mind when I watch Sang Yan and Yifan!
Right now I'm listening to Delicate by Taylor Swift
Sometimes I wonder, when you sleep Are you ever dreaming of me? Sometimes when I look into your eyes I pretend you're mine all the damn time
Is it cool that I said all that? Is it chill that you're in my head? 'Cause I know that it's delicate (delicate) (Yeah, I want you) Is it cool that I said all that? Is it too soon to do this yet? 'Cause I know that it's delicate (delicate)
I'll definitely consider it! Are parts of The Red Sleeve also based on real history?
I think that's how I got into Lovely Runner too and I definitely have some scenes/episodes I enjoy but I don't know how often I'll rewatch it.
I've only seen Replay 1988, out of all the ones you watched which Replay era is your favorite?
I agree with you regarding The Double, great show don't know how the tail end of the show derailed. Like you mentioned I think historical dramas have a tendency to pull a sad ending and I heard there was a rumor that they were going to pull the same for The Double but they ended changing it? Is that true?
I've watched both OBS and L&P! In L&P, Zhu Yun's character was the green flag. Right now Sang Yan's on my mind I don't think I can give a proper response on Li Xun's character 😂
Have you watched Queen of Tears or Twinkling Watermelon? If you have any other recommendations I'll all ears!
I'm so happy drama has little moments like this which not only are symbolic but also exclusive to the drama. When…
What kind of genres do you think she would succeed in? Also is BJT considered a drama actor or film actor?
Honestly I'm happy we're getting almost 14 episodes after they start dating (even though a good quarter of the source material is left). I'm really curious to see how deep they'll go when Yifan's past is unfolded in front of Sang Yan. I really want to see these two happy.
Spoiler from Youku"On March 2, Ferris wheel kiss will make a romantic date with you!"https://kisskh.at/photos/zBApWe_3Youku…
This is one of my fav scenes from the novel! I'm so excited to see it come to life 😍 I'm pretty sure the kiss at the end of the first trailer is the Ferris Wheel kiss 🩵
Is there a reason why Sang Yan always wears black?
It was primarily BJT's idea. The color and textures were in relationship to Sang Yan's character and personality. You'll also see the color palette bloom as SY and WYF become more in love. BJT also own his own clothing brand so that helped too.
#TheFirstFrost's Stylist reveals that #BaiJingTing has not only actively contributed to the design of Sang Yan outfits but even built a physique that fits the look perfectly 🖤
"The ALL BLACK styling concept was originally designed by Bai JingTing himself, so in the early stages, Sang Yan's outfits were almost entirely black. This resulted in a cool and restrained look for Sang Yan, which was also thanks to Bai Jingting’s perfect physique (Seriously, his body is flawless. He was incredibly disciplined on set, working out every day and maintaining a healthy diet)"

ZRN is definitely standing strong alongside BJT. The amount of communicating and emotion evoking these two do with their eyes is outstanding. I think their personal rapport also helps with their chemistry, in all the BTS they look like they're having so much fun.
Do you know if they'll be showing SY/WYF married and the extra chapters from the novel?

It absolutely does and seeing Sang Yan's POV feels like gold. He's such an amazing character, I wish there was a version of First Frost from his POV. Also now that you mention it I think the only reason why I felt the bit of angst during the high school break up was because I came across the manhua before I came across the novel. BJT portrayed Sang Yan's heartbreak so well in the drama. I wish there was a longer and closer shot of his heartbreak but even in the little we saw BJT really showed how bad it was for Sang Yan with the dead look on his face and the way he was mindlessly jamming the game controller. I wonder if they'll show how he got drunk during graduation and the backup plan dialogue.
