Eclipse is the BL title. But he's not the ML there, dunno if he has a scene there that's BL. I did see a clip, and he plays the bully there.

Ikr? I watched it in the beginning stages, just as it popped up as a hot topic. But no way did I ever think this show would grow to this extent. Of course, seeing a lot of Korean favorites of mine get talked about this way is awesome. But wow, one of those phenomenons that just started to blow up unexpectedly.

Same. He has a bit of range, going from lovey dovey roles to serious or even creepy. The way new talents rise/pop up in a big way now seems like its through Netflix. So, for him, I can def. see his next move be a big step up for his career. He has Bad/Crazy next (still filming), but I'm really curious is his next move after that.

He looks like Lee Chun Hee mixed in with Shin Sung Rok. Its uncanny how these guy gives us different vibes lol.

He's a reliable and trusted actor, still cast in mains. His career is solid, maybe some (his agency) wanted bigger easy hits for him?! But anyways, he goes back to musicals which means he's not all about that fame, and that's ok! In the end, he'll remain level headed and not brought into the easy fame. I respect that, and I actually admire that he wants to do what he loves than chasing easy CFs/fast popularity.

In a recent interview, he got help from someone who was an English tutor. He didn't have much experience speaking English, and he was nervous to do so in the show. But with lots of practice, he was able to do the dialect well for his 1st time!

He was conniving at times, but man did he do his role justice. I liked him more than the ML lol, he had more layers. He looked hot in glasses, bonus points for the shirtless scene lol.

Same here. I know the roles of foreigners in K-dramas aren't primarily large. I do hope he can make a nice living in supporting roles or perhaps an international series in the future. He also graduated from Karts which is a prestigious acting university, so I'm sure casting directors will notice that.

Ah I see! Yeah. This is what I thought Park Sung Hoon deserved full stop after Into the Ring.

Wait, what Park Sung Hoon was supposed to be in this?! Seriously, why is the whole Joseon Exorcist fiasco haunting him still?! He's been getting dropped from shows as the ML multiple times this year. Is someone blacklisting this poor guy?! UGH!!!

This is def. a female centric drama!! Hope they choose lesser hyped actors for the ML!

Same here! Both sound like good choices. But Sad Tropical is where he'll showcase more of his acting skills. It's a darker role and story, and its something we haven't seen him in one yet on-screen. I hope he can do both projects, and then take a brief break/rest afterwards. He's striking when the iron's hot, and I think its smart on him/Salt's behalf that he's going into movies. Doing both movies and dramas will only help him with the longevity and versatility of offers he'll get going forward.

Tbh. KSY and UKJ made the show for me when I think about it. I hope they re-unite again, and/or work on better/bigger projects in the future. Definitely this show showcased their talents in particular.
