Through ep 6, this series just knocks the wind out of me. It just delivered the highest high and most devastating…
Incredible high to devastating low. It’s visually stunning and unlike any KBL I’ve seen. Not a trope in sight. I’m actually anxious about what happens next.
Just add it to the mountain of other ridiculous details in this mess of a show.
Yeah it could have been so much better. I don’t understand why they chose to take the two ML’s who have incredible chemistry and keep them apart for most of the series.
Why am I doing this to myself...well, I guess because I'm on the train with all of you since episode 1 watching…
Scooby Doo team! LOL. Totally agree. There is just no point to DeeDee. I can’t stand the character and the actor. This could have been a great story with two gorgeous leads who actually have real chemistry. But no, we get nothing with them. At this point I’m here more for the comments and commiseration, but I’ll watch to the end because once Ken knows Lue is Din, maybe he’ll give it up to him and we can finally get a kiss from them.
Well shit, Lue really is Din AND he is the motorcycle dude. This is so what I didn’t want.
What exactly is the “stuff” they want? Is it drugs, a flash drive, does it even matter? It’s just the thing evil eye dude wants. They are just so bad at being bad guys. Sai slowly backing down that long road in that boxy white car, while supposedly terrified made me laugh for some reason.
It’s too bad the writers weren’t clever enough to come up with something more nuanced than Lue being Din. But unless they pull something out of a magic hat, I think we know what’s what now. DISAPPOINTED!
I’m so glad he has the aunt, but where was she all this time? Why couldn’t she have done something when he was younger? I love that Uea is taking control of their relationship and calling the shots for awhile. Let him dictate what happens or doesn’t happen. That’s exactly what he needs right now. The scene where Uea tells King is so powerful and healing for him. I’m not too sure how accurate it is that a child abuser would also abuse women, but at least they’re showing consequences might be coming. I’m really hoping Uea will be able to speak for himself in the case with the step-molester and not just have King fight his battles for him. How great that they at last showed Uea getting the mental/emotional help and support that he needs. I’ve not seen that in a Thai BL before. Maybe the boss should stop hiring his relatives, lol.
It’s amazing to me that the actors are only 2 years apart, but look so different in age. I thought for sure TJ was like 30 something and WY was like 25. The Vice manager is such a self serving asshat. Just straight out lied to TJ. Of course if WY had already told TJ himself it wouldn’t be an issue. Does WY know how that vice manager threw him under the bus? Why the hell doesn’t WY tell him he already quit? And when he finds out, why doesn’t it sway TJ? He shouldn’t hold his past heartbreak against WY when he didn’t betray him. He was hurt by the ex, but he’s punishing WY as if he did the same thing. Good for WY for not giving up and trying over and over again. Wear that dude down!
