Completely unlikeable. Love his boss! I think it’s great they’re showing him in therapy. I liked the hand holding better than the kissing, lol.

I don’t think I’ve seen another BL that comes close to ITSAY in showing the confused longing and yearning for each other. It’s intensity is unmatched imo.

It’s a way better story to me if Ken can let go of Din and find love with Lue. Plus he’s way hotter than Din so he should get Ken, lol.

Totally. Don’t give us two gorgeous men who have chemistry and do nothing with them. I’m so sick of Din. I actually hope Lue is not Din. Ken needs I move on with the hottie that’s there for him.

Totally agree. ODS was so well done. They had us all believing in their love. I wish other BL productions would learn from it. It wasn’t even a lot of kissing but everything else they did was what made it so real.

The skin care ad scene was really annoying. It’s practically just one long commercial. Their chemistry really saves the show. But man Phupa is a coward. This was the moment he should have told Nan. How pathetic he is. It makes it really hard to sympathize with him.

The motionless kisses are the worst, ( Japan and Korea) but Thai shows are going too far in the other direction imo. Like I don’t want to watch bad NC scenes. Give me a good story, good chemistry, some good kissing/ cuteness and handsome leads, then I’m happy.

At this point it makes me wish Din was played by Boom and the other guy played Lue. I’m really starting to wonder if Boom isn’t willing to do NC scenes. What a waste of great chemistry.

Did Boom not want to do NC scenes or even kissing? I didn’t sign up to watch Din and Ken. I signed up for Lue and Ken, lol.

Why do they hate Lue again? Ken I get because he doesn’t want to give up on Din or Lue to like him. But the rest? What’s their problem? Who is the new dude by the biker who got stabbed and what the hell happened with that? Nothing but confusion and too many damn characters.

I know Thailand is trying to push the envelope with the NC scenes, but they’re usually clunky and almost unwatchable. I tried watching Farahlunk or whatever the hell it was called, but it was so bad and the NC scene I saw was awful. I just kept thinking it didn’t look enjoyable for anybody, lol.

I know what you mean. Nat does come across young and that’s why seeing him be the pursuer and a little wicked was so much fun. They actually don’t even do much. I definitely got the ick in CP and fast forwarded through their sex scene. Like I can know it happens, but I don’t really want to see it.

I think Max and Nat were really great in their story on Y Destiny if you haven’t seen it. No bare chested Max, but Nat is the pursuer and it’s funny and cute.

I thought she was about 15 or so. Maybe she could stay on her own, idk.

In the states when equal marriage finally happened, it was public perception that helped the change happen. It took the Supreme Court to make it law, but the public support that changed over a decade helped sway the court. That’s why these BL’s are important. The fact that Thai BL’s have been so popular in Japan and that now Japan is making more of them helps to change the culture there. Same with Korean and Chinese BL’s. China’s government will be the hardest to change as it’s basically a dictatorship, but hopefully Korean and Japan will open their society more as their citizens change toward gay people and equal rights. But you’re right that prejudice is everywhere, because even though Taiwan is the only Asian country to
have equal marriage, there is
still prejudice there. And that’s true all over the world. But if laws can be changed because of changing views, then hopefully the rest of us who support gay rights can drown out the haters.

I totally agree with you. It shouldn’t matter at all, but it is S. Korea and it’s not advanced in terms of gay rights. So I can see that being in a BL could cause issues. I just don’t think a director would not have the actors kiss because one of them is going to serve in the military.
