I’m so happy she is receiving so much recognition internationally this year. She had around 14k flowers on MDL back in January before Love between Lines ended & now she has almost 80k now 🥹 It’s what she deserves 😌🤩🔥 She is working so hard on Dancing with the Tide set. Excited for When I meet the Moon. Hope it’s an huge hit like Love Between the Lines. Onward to many more successful big projects!

Same. I discovered him in a splendid match. He has an upcoming contemporary-family drama but I don’t think it’s a romance. He was the SL in rise of ning but I haven’t seen it. Ren Min is the FL in that one. He also has a wuxia-fighting drama a few years ago. He tends to do more films.
I believe his kiss scenes in a splendid match is his first onscreen kiss scenes. But it looks fine to me, not doing too much just enough for what the scene is asking for.
I’ve seen the bts for the kiss scenes and it looks better in the bts at different angles. I think it’s partly due to the editing for the final cut or the directors choices.
But kiss scenes or not, he has so much potential as a small screen male leading actor 😌
I need 10 more historical-costume dramas of Ci Sha as the ML 😫🙏 please casting directors give him a chance to play a general or assassin. He has the appearance, charisma, charm, and acting for it! He looks great in wigs-long hair! Plus he’s a martial artist. His physicality is insane 😍🔥 He can fight, ride a horse, shoot arrows & use swords convincingly. He will not disappoint. I really hope he gets more drama opportunities showcasing his martial art skills & to elevate his acting even more in the small screen after a splendid match 🥺 he’s really great! He has so much potential & is definitely ML material!
the posters they recently released with the two leads is so beautiful! this drama has the same director for a splendid match. I wonder how he’ll pull off a more political oriented story visually. I know the cinematography is definitely going be to exquisite! just hope everything else is as great!

If you want a romance costume drama with strong relationship between the two leads, this one is for you but it’s a slow burn & nicely written. the leads don’t officially get together around ep 20 onward.
The FL gets a bit of character development along the way. I really adore her! Same with the ML. The cast is doing great with the material they have.

I’m pretty sure they were just passionately kissing since their hair & clothes didn’t look like mess within that short time frame she was in the room with him 😆 when Qingpu did the hand gesture with her fingers I think it meant kissing as in two heads put closed together. They’ve now been intimate with eachother (kissing) but Jin Zhao said it’s not enough to marry him lol
