Have you watched any bloopers? It seems like this actor is prone to tripping and falling down. There is a video someone shared in the comments where you can see he him tripping several times. At least one of these scenes made it to the final cut.

Idk if you have watched that episode yet but there is this episode he is next to the ML and as he walks down to his seat he misses the step, hits his leg and almost falls down. This was not part of the script. ^^'

Dramas where they show the online game as part of the plot are usually a hit or miss for me, mostly miss BUT I love seeing both main leads on screen so I HAVE to at least give it a try.

Maybe it will be one of those that I actually like, specially because instead of some cringy fantasy game they are playing a murder mystery game, which is right up my alley.

P.S. - Not hating on games with fantasy, I spent a good chunk of my teenage years playing Perfect World. But playing is different from watching a drama where real people are dressed up as characters and the editing is cringy, just not my thing. There are things you like doing but do not want to watch other people do. (no double meaning, it just came out like that ^^')

I put it on hold after episode 18 because I knew the next episodes would be frustrating and annoying and I would want to skip a lot, but I was not expecting for all of them up until the end to be like that. The ending scene was one of the most boring ones I have ever watched, it felt so lazy and lackluster.

As a revenge drama it was not that bad for the first half but then the FL became weak from associating with the ML who is one of the weakest I have seen.

I understand his conflict since the bad guy is his mother but it comes to a point when he has to stop fooling himself and come to terms with the truth that his mother is basically a serial killer even if she does not get her hands dirty most of the time. Because of the ML's weakness, the FL is put through even more pain and more innocent people die that could have been spared. Since the ML was like this I lost interest in the romance. He did not seem that in love with the FL or his previous wife. I was expecting more dramatic reactions from him when finding out how his mother hurt and keeps hurting the people he loves. The son was one of the parts I liked about the drama but also barely appeared in the last episodes.

The acting was...well, something. Mostly the actress playing villain, the acting was so weird and Idk how they want us to believe the FL's father fell for her when the FL's mother was 100 times more beautiful. I think it was my first time watching this actress even tho I have watched many lakorns over the years. Edit: seems like she was in other lakorns I have watched but probably smaller roles, I do not remember her at all and I have a pretty good memory, will remember a supporting character I saw once. Weird.

Overall the revenge and romance were ok. Nothing amazing but not as bad as some other lakorns I have watched.

That's so cool. I like it when they leave a blooper or a part that was improvised. A lot of times it makes it feel more realistic.

Not bad for a short drama. Like someone else said, this is very similar to business proposal with hints of some other popular kdramas but it is also its own thing instead of just another copy of a popular kdrama. You will know what I mean once you start watching.

Dynamite Kiss had some great acting and many fun moments, it was cliché in a good way, reminded me of kdramas back when I started watching them in 2010. But I agree those last 2 episodes were not the best.

I also used to watch some daily kdramas in between regular dramas but that was when there were not so many cdramas getting subbed. Now I just don't have time to watch everything with my work and other hobbies.

My first daily drama was The Promise (Heaven's Promise). That one made my blood boil, which is expected from most daily dramas, but since I was used to watching regular dramas I was not mentally prepared for the mess it was...it was a good mess tho. ^^'

I sometimes take breaks too from cdrama or kdrama.

My Dearest I watched back when it aired in 2023.

To My Beloved Thief I have not started watching yet since I have other dramas to finish first. Will probably start it sometime next week, no need to hurry tho since it just started airing and with kdramas we only get 2 episodes per week.

I almost dropped it several times too. It actually gets a bit better around episode 25 or 26, which is close to where you stopped so if you want to give it another chance later on you can pick it up around there. Still a disappointing watch in my opinion. The last 15 episodes cannot makeup for the first 25 and even in the last part there were some episodes or at least scenes that were not great. The ending will probably disappoint you too.

I was trying to convince you to go back to it but might have done the opposite. ^^'

I just shared my opinion on this drama and said this genre is a hit or miss for me. I have watched a few that I really liked but most of them were a miss for me, including this one.

Fantasy/Wuxia dramas are a hit or miss for me. I have liked quite a few of them, some even made it to my list of favorite dramas (like The Starry Love, Till the End of the Moon, Moonlight Mystique, just to name a few ) but some I have skipped scenes like crazy only to reach the end.

This one unfortunately was more of a miss than a hit for me. I kinda liked the 3 lifetime arc thing but we only get to that part around episode 26 out of 40 episodes. For more than half of the drama I found myself wanting to drop it several times. I am not giving it a low rating just because of those last 15 episodes but it does not change the fact that it had more bad episodes than good ones so I cannot give it a high rating either.

I think there were a few things that disappointed me:
- the storytelling was not the best, I was bored too often;
- there were too many arcs and supporting characters;
- some of the demons were cringy;
- at some point the ML barely appears for several episodes;
- and although I loved Seven Tan as the FL on some other dramas (mostly modern day dramas like Flight to You or Go Ahead), I just don't think she was the right pick for this particular role. With time I got used to it but I still wanted to share it as one of the things that initially bothered me.

This is just my opinion. If you think the drama was perfect and want to give it a 10, go ahead, I'm not stopping you. Just sharing my thoughts right after finishing it.

I have not started watching yet but from the summary it seems like this is a remake of whats wrong with secretary kim with the roles reversed. If that is the case, then the FL being a narcissist is expected as in the original he would always be looking at his reflection in the mirror and think everything is about him....AURA.

At first I did not think you were talking about me because what you were saying did not seem to be about me but there was no comment above mine (because obviously I checked your reply by clicking on the notification and not by searching the drama and going to the page) so your reply was below my comment, you kept saying "you" like what you were saying was directed to me and you also never mentioned the other comment up until recently so I had no way of knowing the last half of you reply was not directed to me but someone else.

Yup. There was this one episode that he was looking at He probaby knowing he was the one behind everything and when Wen turns back to talk to him he has an evil face, even Wen felt it was off....a few seconds later he has his nice smiling face again...creepy.

Ok, so I am not the only one. So either the writers are playing with us or we are onto something here.

At first I was a bit disappointed because there were so many characters and so many scheming sisters that I thought I would be really annoyed. The reverse harem also became boring really fast. I was wondering if this drama would be just about scheming jealous sisters, greedy obsessive man and tea.

BUT it turns out that the FL is always one step ahead, even the ML being so smart, perceptive and having experience investigating cases, he just isn't a match for her, much less her jealous sisters. I love smart and strong female leads. I also like how you cannot trust any of the husband candidates.

I am specially wary of the Yan dude. I feel like he is not as nice as he is trying to come across and every advice he gives Wen feels like something he is telling himself, like he is fighting his own inner demon. I feel like he either is completely obsessed with the FL and will eventually let it overcome him or he has some past hatred against her or the Rong family. Idk, maybe I am just suspicious of everyone due to my many years of drama watching but I feel like he has yet to reveal his true colors and the reason why he is even still staying at the Rong's house.
