That was so sweet. This is the first time I've seen such a chaste thing edited out...wonder if it was more of a stylistic choice? Seems the director wanted us to follow Fei Chi's gaze...and may have thought showing the kiss was a tad too cheesy.

I get chills thinking of literally the most powerful being alive, this literal god, being so in love with a mere mortal. Finally the xianxia I've been waiting for.

Youqin 2.0 is even better than I expected..like, major SWOONING happening in my heart..I can't get enough of him and Yetan's fluffy scenes. The way they were both so excited to finally spend some romantic time together...I FELT THAT, and omg I can see all 3 shards in one, he's the best of every world

too draggy with the shard arc... more then half way through and they still fucking around with the 3 shard..........
The entire mortal arc will only take about 12 episodes lol which, considering they had to develop each shard isn't long at all??? I've actually heard the opposite feedback: that each shard was a bit rushed to be able to keep up with the quick pace. Personally, 12 episodes out of 40 seems fine.
