I hope it's done well, and the season is not happening just because of the success of Season 1 and the writer has good things in mind already for it. The flexibility in length helped Season 1 a lot, it did not have to forcefully fill an hour and they put out great episodes.
Rated too low IMO. Sure, has some tropes but overall was a good 8/10 at least... It delivered what they promised and that's not usual when it cvomes to K-dramas. Production quality and music is immaculate too.
To be Honest ,, I've watched the drama for the leads and the plot's pacing was disappointing ,, all I've remember…
The main leads don’t even do a good job tbh. If you’re doing it might as well do it well, all their measures were always half-assed. Decision making didn’t exist.
agree with you..premise of this show is really good but they waste too much time with unnecessary conflict between…
Exactly then why drag it so much.?Wrap us the show with 8-10 30-min episodes not bunch of unnecessary scenes and annoying side characters. Even the main leads never *actually* did their job and were terrible in maintaining order. Each effort was half-assed and same problem repeated ever other minute to fill in the time slot. It’s not well thought out at all.

Ofc my comment makes it pretty clear I didn’t like it lol for the reasons mentioned. The story focuses more on that aspect because the writers didn’t bother with world building at all and the scale of the show is too freaking small.

Yup. And also I would have used the exact same last sentence as you but as I came out of the show I realised I basically wasted 12 hours just for the chemistry and it’s not worth it…
Lol the finale was a draggy mess like the show itself. Episode 11 was genuinely better. Could have benefitted with more mature storyline and character, the chemistry is the only reason I watched but then completed for the sake of it. Should have been half the length it actually is.
Edit: im crying how is it rated 9.1 😭 this is a sham you all
The finale ended up being unbelievably good and dramatic! Didn't like how they kept wanting to give twists like "haha fooled you it happened anyway" but still you can't match the visuals and budget of apple tv, do take note netflix!
Visuals in the trailer look surprisingly decent for a Korean drama. Hopefully Netflix put good money into this. I wasn't expecting Hollywood or Apple TV+ level production ot begin with but this is pretty good and bearable.
