Ah, yet another drama I thought was going well, trashed for being lame and confusing in the comments. And here…
I'm the same. All the dramas I've been enjoying recently, this included, seem to be getting non stop hate, it's so strange. For this drama in particular I enjoy watching it so much that I just don't agree with all the problems people are having with it.

I have been putting off starting this, because its quite close to what happened between my parents, but I've finally given in and watched the first episode and I can't believe how good this drama really is. I'm English but I missed the original BBC version so every twist and turn in this is new for me. I was actually shaking with anger at the end of the first episode due everything that's revealed. First episodes never affect me to that extent, I'm all in for this drama now! I'm going to have to try to catch up quick! Kim Hee Ae is a superstar.

Congratulations! Managing to convert a friend to become a kdrama fan is an extremely difficult task. I’ve tried so many times and sadly failed. I have always tried to convert friends with my first kdrama ‘Dramaworld’ which is a plotwise a little bit similar to Extraordinary You and half in English, half Korean (with the bonus of adorable Woo Do Hwan) and whilst friends always enjoy that they never end up following through with more. I tried Strong Woman DBS as a second drama and they all hated the humour, so maybe I should try Extraordinary You...that’s a really good idea.

Title Born Again Spoiler
I've not really watched much or in Lee Soo Hyuks cases any of these lead actors previous works, so i wasn't attached to any of them going into the first episodes, but I found that after the first and now second I'm a big fan of Jang Ki Yong. It's definitely also down to how great a job the writer did on his character, but Jang Ki Yong managed to pull off the character so so well and make me really care about and sympathise with him. The only problem for me was that because so much time was spent on making that character so human and real I really don't care too much for the lead couple. I don't really care if they're together or not and it's clear I'm supposed to think they're this epic couple that are meant to be. I just wish we got more time with them in the 'past' episodes because when they died it didn't really affect me. I think the body swap has obviously happened so I don't know how I feel about the only character I'm invested in now being played by another actor, it's strange. I loved the first episodes, i just wish we had more moments with the couple!

Love that this jumped from 7.0 to 8.5. Just shows that ratings whilst a dramas airing mean nothing, it probably won't be 7.0 or 8.5 by the time it's finished airing, and only then will it be really worth looking at its rating.

Does anyone know how this drama will end? I know it's based off a webtoon, I was just wondering if Sol Ah and…
In the webtoon they do, but the drama really isn't anything like the webtoon. The characters have the same names but that's about it. The whole aging thing isn't even a factor in the webtoon, so it's hard to say if it will definitely follow the same ending or not.

I've not read the webtoon so I can't comment on how this compares, but that first episode was so funny, adorable and such a brilliant introduction to these characters. It's rare that I really really like short webseries like this, but this ones blown me away after only it's first episode!
Also I was trying to figure out where id seen the actor for the role of Yoo Jin Hyuk and I can’t believe it’s the detective from 365: Repeat the year, he looks so different! He’s adorable in both though!

It was a difficult watch, but I was completely enthralled with the first episode. Only in the last year have I branched out from romcoms and decided to give different genres a go, only to find there are some incredible kdramas out there, I’m hoping this will be another one! I didn’t expect the first episode to be almost entirely focused in the past, but I loved how brilliantly it set up all of our characters, especially Jang Ki Yongs, I’m a fan of murderers you can sympathise with!

I love this drama and whilst I do wish that we had more episodes to show a slower and gradual growth of our leads relationship, I really think they've done a brilliant job. Their relationship, although fast is still believable and their emotional connection feels very real. Considering this drama has lost a quarter of its episodes I think they've done incredibly well to keep it feeling consistent and I completely enjoy every episode. But maybe that's just me!

Title 365: Repeat the Year Spoiler
There are no words for how good this drama is. It's just so insane and epic. And I personally haven't found any massive potholes, which is so rare for this type of drama. I'm so excited for the last episodes, but I'm also so sad that this is it! (I'm also holding out the tiniest bit of hope that we will get a romantic ending for Ga Hyun and Hyung Jo, but I'm also thinking Hyung Jo will probably die)

He was in the first drama I ever watched 'Dramaworld' and I've not seen him in a drama since, but he just seemed to skyrocket in popularity after that. Now seeing him in King: the Eternal Monarch it's so cool to see how he's grown as an actor!

I’ve never seen a drama by this writer! I’ve obviously heard of the majority of her dramas and they are definitely on my to watch list, but this is my first I’m actually watching and I have to say after the first episode I’m loving it! I’m a big fan of the majority of the cast, but I’ve only ever seen Lee Min Ho in BOF and can’t believe that 11 years later he looks exactly the same - obviously apart from now having much better hair!

Seo Ji Hoon is becoming the new Ji Soo for me, always the second male lead and never the lead. Hopefully like Ji Soo he’ll soon break through and get that male lead role, but looks
Iike it definitely won’t be in this drama. I don’t really even want him to have a side romance with Jo Woo Ri in this because I’m still so bitter over the character she played in Beautiful Love Wonderful Life!
