Most of what happens in ep 10 is not in the BBC edition, mainly because in that version the ex husband doesn't hire that guy to stalk/scare his ex wife at all. I have a feeling that episodes 10-16 will begin to be dramatically different from the original show.

Just thought of this but the character "SunWoo" the accountant the FL sleeps with for revenge/blackmail in the UK version actually changes his ways and patches things with his wife by the "2 years later" period of the show. However, the ML schemes on him & gets him drunk and he cheats while intoxicated, thus putting the final nail in his marital coffin and alienating them as friends/allies of the FL in the UK version.
Same!! I understand that he’s been through as tough time but that’s not an excuse to steal things or be so…
if they are sticking to the UK version, there's an actual reason for him acting out revealed at the very very end :/ BUT I'm not sure if they'll use that same plot in this show or not.

the FL begins a slight romance with her son's teacher (doesn't realize at first he's his teacher) instead of the psychiatrist in the UK version. The "psychiatrist" is a woman in the UK version. ummm what else? It felt (to me) that her friends/colleagues in the UK version aren't quite as... heartless/trash as they are in this one? The ML doesn't hire that stalker (guy who beat his GF) to scare his ex in the UK version. But mostly small stuff past that so far. OH and instead of movies, the ML has sunk all his wife's money into a land development (condos?) project.

THIS. From 0 to THAT in two years? #fishy Plus in Korean circles, you don't think he would have had a HARD time making good contacts after he did that to his wife?!?! He had a 2 year restraining order for goodness sake. His name & reputation would have been mud, making the 2 year rags-to-riches even harder. Of course... his new wife's family was super affluential, so there's that.

Soooo the show got better for me once we get past ep8 BUT those kisses. Could the FL look a little less shocked/wooden/unwilling to accept that yumminess??? LOL
what a waste of a character. I'm on ep 28 and still hate the comic drawing girl. She's tooooo weak and whiny and besides being able to draw, has zero qualities to make her stand out as an interesting character. She could have been unique & better written.
& even though my below comment comes off as pretty negative... I actually DID enjoy the show. I laughed a lot and the chemistry/skinship was NO joke. I usually LOVE a cold CEO type character brought to warmth by a FL, but the way this show portrayed the ML's character was too "I have a multiple personality disorder" and not a gradual change/thawing that I usually see/prefer in this type of show. It was like day/night light-switch fast changes back and forth that may have been my "major" gripe with this show. <3

The FL had a burn scar on her, right? They made a point to show it several times and make it seem like they leads had a "forgotten past" that they would eventually remember, but never did. Since the ML had a fire in his past he couldn't remember and she had a burn scar... it just seemed like that was what the writers were hinting at, but changed their minds??? Am I the only one who thought the little girl in the forest was going to end up being the FL? *shrugs*
