I don't know about you all but I'm not on anyone's side because Sorn already told Jun that they just FCK buddy…
Sorn is possessive and jealous, and acting like a boyfriend. What he does is more important than what he says. Have you ever taken a fuck-buddy home to meet your mother? He's leading Jun on. He's clearly in the wrong - Jun is immature and not handling this well, but he's rightly confused.

Anyone else feel sorry for Oat this episode? Not s*x shaming here, but I felt like the actor was exploited in…
I'm sorry, how was he "exploited"?

The first ep didn't draw me in, but I'm glad I stuck with it. Yuha and the bartender are so stunning - and the humor is actually funny.

I'm not feeling this one. Just superficially, are they using a filter on their skin? It seems unnaturally smooth…
There's a reason Korean media has taken over Asia - hot men with great skin. They achieve it with a healthy diet, exercise, plenty of sleep, and lots and lots of makeup.

But yes, I do think they're using a filter.

This series would have been great if it had been 7 or 8 episodes instead of 11. I think that's the problem with most Thai series - there isn't enough story to fill this many episodes.

I just wathched 10 and 11 together - 10 made me thing "Holy cow! Why wasn't THIS the series we've been watching? The acting, writing, everything!" And then ep 11 happened and we're back to ff through most of the episode.

Jimmy and Mark are excellent in this - but the imbalance between Mark and Ohm is a problem. Ohm isn't bad, but you have to ask, was ep 10 that good because he was hardlty in it? Even the emotional breakdown was given to Captain and not Sant.

I liked the series, but it didn't know what it wanted to be - a comedy? Dark drama? Nauseating love story? Anywa,y if not for ep 10 I would probably rate it much lower.

Minor note: when they "de-age" actors for flashbacks to the past, it's usually ridiculous, but they seriously pulled it off - Jay and Captain were totally believable as 10 years younger.

I was getting nervous that I'd have to stare at that awful wig for the entire past portion of the series.

So far I'm intrigued - it was a bit too Lakorn for me, and I generally don't like series where almost every character is evil (and 100% of the women), but there's some potential here.

Also, is it just me or is TD's assistant hot AF?

I have no idea what is happening in the first episode, probably because of my poor face memory, but I am still…
It's a little confusing that everyone looks 25 in 2025 and they also look 25 in 1999. Even if everyone is 18, then that would put them in their mid-40s later in the present day. I guess that's inevitable untess you want to have two completely different sets of actors, but couldn't they have just gone back to 2009 instead? Whatever, I'll roll with it.

I always loved Pond's acting and Peterpan was my favorite from oh my sunshine!! So happy to see 2 great actors…
I'm still huffy that they sidelined Peterpan and his storyline in Sunshine Night. What a waste that was.

Exactly! I'm here for good fun! After all, this is a work of fiction -- and a ridiculous one at that! And I'm…
If consent is a sensitive topic for someone, should they be watching a story with a Dom/sub couple?

I agree with you about converastions about consent, but there are three issues that make this not something that there's much to talk about for me.

1) What any of us think is not as important as what Jun thinks. Jun was into it, was happy afterwards, and even said he likes Sorn more now that he used to. If Jun were portrayed as a weak person with little agency, there would be an issue, but Jun would have no problem tearing Sorn a new one if he felt he'd done something wrong. That Jun inititated it IS important, because he knows what oral sex entails, names someone ramming a pole down your throat. If Sorn had initiated it and it wasn't clear Jun really wanted it, there would be more ambiguity.

I think people are way too used to thinking of an uke as a different gender than a seme - the uke doesn't like sex but reluctantly submits to it, and I wonder how many viewers are aware that bottoming for a man feels really, really good. Even if in your mind you're equating an uke with a woman, do you view yourself as submissive and lacking in agency, or are you in charge of the relationship, or at least many aspects of it? Do you feel controlled? Forced into sex? Choked on dicks? Top & bottom are just positions, not central pillars of identity.

2) Jun is an adult, and doesn't need anyone to tell him when he's been sexually abused or not.

3) He merely tapped Sorn - he wasn't struggling for air and suffocating. He didn't even make a verbal noise, which you can still do - just a tap.

If someone is suffocating, they are not going to tap their partner, they are going to react violently and Sorn isn't so much bigger than Jun that he'd be able to hold on in the face (no pun intended. Well, maybe intended a little) of serious resistance.

If you want somone to stop punching you in the face, do you tap your assailant, or do you fight with everything you've got - or push him away and flee?

I know we're not supposed to talk about how things are different for men than for women these days, but there is a pertinent difference here. The strength differential would put Junia in real danger if Sorn planned to continue for some time - for Jun, not really. Although even Junia could grab him by the nuts and squeeze - that would get him to stop fairly quickly. In any event this is likely to give men a different perception of that scene than it would for many women.

🛑 Disclaimer! This is all in good fun, y’all. I come in peace—not to spark a fandom civil war, but to scream…
Many readers have probably experienced oral sex with a male, and may have noticed that a man (especially a young one) has trouble stopping just as he's orgasming. It would have been better for Sorn to pull out and finish by hand, but that would have meant... painting Jun's face and would have been a bit too much for entertainment that teens are watching.

As it was, there were 15 seconds between the tap and pulling out, and Jun stopped tapping when Sorn started shooting, knowing it would only be a few more seconds.

Because in media it only takes a few seconds to strangle someone to death, most people don't imagine that it actually takes about 6 mintues. You can easily hold your breath for 15 seconnds without any discomfort. Also, you can easily service even an unusually large member and still be able to breathe through your nose. After a long pounding you might become uncomfortable, but it's pretty much uncomfortable from the start to have a 15 cm pole ramming down your throat.

A tap is just that - a tap. If he were in trouble, he would have been punching and shoving, or more simply, crushing Sorn's testicles with his hand, not gently tapping. To me a tap means "endurance waning," not "stop immediately". Within 15 seconds is fine, especially if he's climaxing, which is the goal of the exercise in the first place.

So I don't think you witnessed either kink or a a crime scene - you witnessed normal oral sex. Well, other than it being in a toilet at work - THAT part is kink.

OK - Jun started it, and in fact pushed hard for it, and I didn't see him upset afterwards - he looked blissful to me. And that was really mild - people are making it sound like nonconsensual BDSM.

Just so you know, the average time it takes to suffocate is 6 minutes. Sorn, who was orgasming, during which 99% of males can't stop, took 15 seconds after Jun tapped out to finish, and Jun stopped tapping when he realized Sorn was... finishing. If he were under actual distress, he would have hit harder and harder, and in any case could easily have just pushed away. Sorn isn't that much bigger than him that pushing leverage would defeat pulling strength.

Also, if you're giving a BJ to completion, especially to someone big, you're going to choke a little. Someone is stuffing a 15 cm pole down your throat - if you can do that without choking, Opa!

What I really like about the sex scenes it that they're passionate and not hyper-romanticized - their bodies are pressed together when they're at it, unlike most BLs where there's always a ridiculous and awkward amount of space between their torsos at all times.

I’m currently watching 20 BL series, and I have to say — My Stubborn and Season of Love in Shimane have some…
I think the NC scenes work here because the actors are really cutting loose - notice how they have full-body contact when they're "at it" - contrast that with the "planking sex" of most BLs, where half a meter of space is kept between their torsos at all costs, and all sex scenes follow a standard formula (grab wrist, slam againt mattess then immediately let go [making the action pointless], kiss down the chest, etc.).

Instead of hyper-rtomanticizing sex, they give it heat and passion - if I were dating someone that wanted to have Standard BL Sex all the time, I'd never be able to get it up.

Hey, so did anyone else realize they left the bathroom stall door wide open?
I think Sorn locked the door to the restroom, but it took me a while to get into the scene because there's a big round window on the door that anyone could look into.

Okay, I read some comments. It seems people liked the bathroom scenes. I didn't. It was the first sex scene I…
Jun looked vulnerable later because Sorn went off with Penny, not because he gave Sorn a blowjob - and don't forget that it was Jun who wanted to do it and actively and forcefully seduced Sorn. The other factor was that a woman attacked him for something he didn't do, and he couldn't explain the real reason why he had hickeys, and it probably hurt that Sorn didn't take credit (he did later, but after Jun was gone).

I'm not going to make any assumptions about your gender identity, but choking on cock is one of the best things about being gay - that was a hot scene and I didn't see anything even remotely wrong with it. Sex isn't always "beautiful". In fact, it's almost never beautiful to an observer - it's basically two people rutting and exchanging bodily fluids to satisfy animal urges.

Ep 7 - I did not like that bathroom scene. It was forced oral sex where Jun PLAINLY was uncomfortable and CLEARLY…
Wait, what? It was Jun who initiated that and he said he wanted to give Sorn a BJ - in fact Sorn tried to resist him but couldn't. Did you miss where Jun was simulating with Sorn's thumb?

I don't know if you've ever given a BJ or not, but there was nothing wrong with that. I went back and timed it - Sorn went 15 seconds after Jun "tapped out". Sometimes sex is a little rough - clearly Jun likes it that way. To me that was very mild - I think maybe we're watching too many tame BLs.

Let me ask: was Jun upset about it? If so, why was he smiling? Did he ever complain, or even bring it up? That was 100% consensual and exactly what he wanted. I think it's really unbelievable that you would call that "abuse", and really rather judgy. I'd call it "kink-shaming", but that was so normal and mainstream I don't think it qualifies as kink.

On My Sweetheart Jom May 31, 2025
That was a chore to get through. I really like Poom, but his character is one-note and tiresome - his comic abilities are wasted on this script. There is no chemistry between the leads - Yo usually actually physically hits Jom whenever he tries to touch him. The music tells us there's a romantic connection, and they end up with their faces close together a lot, not by choice, and these are not substitutes for actual romantic energy.

The plot is silly - Jom is now a horrible person for what he did, and I find it extremely difficult to believe a person with the moral character we've been shown he has would do something so awful and dangerous. And of course, rather than actually bothering to write a way for Yo to discover the truth, the writer just took the laziest imaginable path and had him be in exactly the right place at the exact second he needed to be to overhear a conversation that was ridiculous for them to even be having - really loud in public.

However, Poom in the shower was so unbelievably hot that I can put up with the above, although I find myself FF'ing a lot.

Nobody is concerned over the age gap? Jom is old enough to father a teenage son but his love interest is a teenager?…
No, nobody is concerned.

Why do people feel they can be openly agist all the time on MDL? Who cares? Age gaps are extremely common for humans and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it if consensual and of age. If someone who's 18 wants to date a 90 year old, so be it. I wouldn't be interested in watching that as a series, but this is 18 and 20-something - hardly "gross".
