Please do NOT watch this show on HiTV which is an illegal streaming app that I suspect is spyware to get the info on your phone. Even their own website to hock their app tells you to turn off your safety features to install it. Note that there are a string of brand new MDL accounts that are all "friends" with each other that are going around the comment sections making generic comments that could easily be be generate by AI and then adding some variation of "watch it on HiTV" to lure you in.
Whenever possible use a legal website so they will keep paying to license kdramas so we can see more shows.

Curious why netflix / viki / prime didn’t pick this up. Where are you guys streaming?
CJ ENM had an exclusive deal with Paramount+ that ended but it appears that they did negotiate to stream the remaining kdramas that hadn't been release yet (such as Dreaming of a Freaking Fairytale and Queen Woo) . However, Paramount+ doesn't release their kdramas until several months after they air in Korea. So Queen Woo will likely stream on Paramount+ in December.
Does anyone know when this is dropping on Paramount+? I don't have Paramount but I want to support the drama's…
It likely won't release on Paramount+ until December (if it releases there) because Paramount+ doesn't release kdramas until a several months after it finishes airing in Korea (like they did with Pyramid Game and now Dreaming of a Freaking Fairytale which will be release on Paramount+ September 26).
I like gritty, action thrillers and political sagueks (Taxi Driver, Memorist, The Crowned Clown) but this drama…
Actually, I have watched many miniseries that had amazing story flow. Episode count is no excuse. Whether it's a 2-hour movie or a 50-episode tv show, the story should flow well for the time available. As of the King & Queen's not shown sex scene, I was using it to point out the discrepancy that they were not given equal nudity or screen time to the multiple other very explicit sex scenes. This is why they are only using sex for shock value, not character development.
Some of the people don't read tags & warning and directly watch the drama, it's not your lovey dovey stuff so…
I like gritty, action thrillers and political sagueks (Taxi Driver, Memorist, The Crowned Clown) but this drama is... okay. The story flow has been off. Paper thin characters that I can barely tell apart with little development. Sex and r*pe scenes for shock value only. (Note: the King & Queen's lovemaking quickly cut to outside the tent so the actual act was only implied, but the crazy ones got the full in-your-face shebang.) My favorite parts have been the Queen's cleverness and determination, the flashbacks (the best character development is here), and Lee Soo Hyuk's villainous prince. But the low rating is deserved. Hopefully, it improves in the second half.
Interesting. Byeon Woo Seok, who worked with them in Strong Girl Namsoon, has also been announced to cameo in No Gain No Love this week. I wonder if these cameos will be tied together.
Please watch this on Viki or Prime Video to make your watch count so they will continue to pay to license kdramas.
The user below hocking the illegal streaming HiTV app which requires access to all the info on your phone (which they can then sell your data) has a blank account that has only been open for 30 days. This is now the 4th brand new MDL user I've seen hocking this illegal app this month. Are they getting paid to lure you in? If you can't use a legal site for some reason, then please only use websites with a VPN to protect your info. Please do not use an app with access to your data that makes a VPN useless and leaves you vulnerable to attack.
The first 4 episodes of Queen Woo are now available on Viu's paid Premium tier.
Paramount+ is likely not releasing Queen Woo until December. As they've done with their other CJ EMN produced kdramas, they don't release them until several months AFTER it finishes airing in Korea. They did this with Pyramid Game and Dreaming of a Freaking Fairytale (which is coming to Paramount+ on September 26). If you look at the release schedule of all Paramount+ shows coming to the service for August and September, Queen Woo is not on it.
