Title Wok of Love
Casting Jang Hyuk as a 2nd lead should be a crime. They should add Tragedy to the genre for doing him dirty.
I think this role is perfect for him and I can see why he would have chosen this role over the lead role. He may be 'second lead', but he's still stealing the show and our hearts!

It’s gonna be 38 instead of 40 https://www.soompi.com/2018/06/26/wok-love-announces-change-number-episodes/
I hope this doesn't mess up the ending. :/

Wow - everyone except the manager looks spot on from the manga, especially Tachibana! I realize that the manager was an older man, but I thought he'd be more attractive, even if he had a weary and slightly broken look to him. But a couple of times during the video, I could visualize this actor as the manager - he just didn't capture the 'look' as well as the others did for me.

Good movie!! Really good romance!!
Can I ask where you found it? I can't seem to locate it. And did it have English subs at all? Thanks!

Review Don't Dare to Dream Spoiler
I agree about Ep 14. Near the end . I was enjoying the drama till this. I love the actors and the plot was pretty…
It was the kiss between Na Ri and Hwa Shin that hurt the show for me. To me, it was cheating, and I found that dishonorable of our 'heroine'. If she had feelings for Hwa Shin, she should have ended things cleanly with Jung Won first. I had a hard time getting past it. And the co-habitation stuff really put it over the top for me. I didn't like how they treated Jung Won and broke the rules in his own house.

Yeah, Viki says today, and Wikipedia says today....but nothing. Does anyone know if something happened to delay…
Sorry - what does this mean:
"they came out in Yang Yoseob’s Dream Radio last night."

I knew they were putting off some episodes for World Cup, but this week wasn't announced previously as dates that it would be cancelled. I guess it must have been last minute.

I noticed that too! haha and the house of Kim Mi So is the same one Shin Min Ha had in "Oh My Venus" XD
I knew for sure about the Secret Garden house - I recognized that right away.
I kept thinking that Kim Mi So's apartment building was the one from Oh My Venus, though, but I wasn't 100% confident I was right. Thank you for the confirmation! :)

I love the quirky weirdness of the show (melo + comedy = 'melo-dy'? LOL) and I live for the food porn (I get hungry every time I watch this show!). I also love the interactions between the characters. I think Jung Ryeo Won is adorably cute (and my husband has developed a new K-crush).

Title Be with You Spoiler
Omg - that twist for the ending - it was perfect! I was so afraid of how they would end it and I couldn't have asked for better. The accident scene truly made me jump and gasp though!

It was an unexpected and happy surprise to see a Gong Hyo Jin cameo because I didn't look at the other cast!

This was a beautiful movie - SO well done!

Am I the only who wants to see park seo Joon shirtless in every episode?
Uhm...nope! Not the only one! They spoiled us so much - shirtless in eps 1, 2, AND 3.

Title Come and Hug Me Spoiler
I think it’s only coincidence? Or maybe the writer wants us to think that way.. bcs when he’s young, his hand…
Oh yes, I hate that reporter so much!

I just thought it was odd that there were so many thematic elements surrounding dogs. So I wondered if it would tie in together somehow.
Like I said, it was just a fleeting thought and I was sure I read to much into it, but it was at least an interesting theory right? ;)

Yes, Daddy Dearest is definitely a serial killer - no doubt about that!

I am just anxious to find out all the connections.
This show is so good - I hope it continues all the way through the ending!

Title Come and Hug Me Spoiler
So does anyone have any theories yet as to why Na Moo's hand is always bandaged? Like ever since he was a teenager....there's always a bandage around his hand.

This last episode from tonight almost made me think they were going to go supernatural with this somehow. I mean - it was a fleeting thought - but there were a few things that stood out.
The dad did something with dogs
Na Moo's always got his hand bandaged
Something weird went on the night Nak Won's parents were killed. Like I'm not 100% sure it was Na Moo's dad.
Na Moo's extreme guilt
Something fishy is going on with both brothers of Na Moo and Nak Won
The dad saying others can't understand their family/ how he insists it's in the 'blood'
The scene with Na Moo and the dog...and Na Moo is very loyal...like a dog
And the dad ending the episode tonight with something about being cornered and biting because they were just animals....

I know I've got to be reading too much into these details, but has anyone else got any more theories? And anyone wonder why that reporter is so "doggedly" (<--see what I did there?) after Na Moo's family? How about the guy that showed up in the mom's restaurant with shoes like Hyun Moo's and the dad's book??

It's funny, I rarely EVER want to re-watch an American TV show or movie. Occasionally I want to re-watch a Korean drama, but I just find there are too many new ones to find time. Of the handful that I *have* re-watched, they haven't been ones where spoilers would have mattered to me. I find that the ones that are best watched only once are the mysteries, crime dramas, or ones with a huge plot twist. Once you 'know' then that sort of ruins the big reveal. I guess, in that case, an 'Unspoil Me' option - if it actually worked - would be great.

I enjoy your surveys and your analysis of viewing habits. (I'd enjoy doing more of your surveys!) I think it was really interesting to learn viewers habits. When I first started, I was hesitant to drop a drama, but I've learned that if I feel like I'm watching out of some sense of 'obligation' to complete it rather than my enjoyment, I'm more likely to just give it the boot. Sometimes it's just hard to pull the plug - especially if there's an actor/actress I want to support.

This sentence, though:
"But there are other reasons I didn't consider as this MDLer told me: 'Too much popularity and the gushing of fans can be a reason to be annoyed with a drama and drop it.'"

(Sorry - I'm about to rant a little, so don't take it too personally anyone!)
These types of viewers are frustrating to me. I don't understand this mentality of people that want to hate on something JUST because others like it. If a drama is popular and people are commenting about how much they like it, there are always a few that want to come in and rain on everyone else's parade - "overhyped" and "over-rated" are their favorite words.
Don't take this wrong - because I think it's perfectly fine to not like something everyone else likes - I mean it's natural that everyone has different tastes. That's not what I'm referring to. It's the types are just haters without seeming to have a *real* reason to dislike the show. It's like they want to hate it specifically and *only* because it's popular. Newsflash - Hating popular things doesn't make someone more interesting than or superior to people that do enjoy them. Let.people.enjoy.things. If you hated a drama and dropped it and want to comment about it - at least have a reason. I've dropped dramas because the actors were annoying or the production was cheap or the dialogue was cheesy, etc. - but never have I felt "annoyed" because other people like a show a lot. LOL!

I also don't understand viewers that trash a drama in the comment section when they admit that they hate that genre to begin with. LOL! If they hate romances and all the tropes that go along with them, why do they continue to watch them and expect anything to be different? Trying something new in case you think you may have come around to liking it is understandable, but knowing you hate something and then trashing it because you hate it seems like overkill. For me, I would just chalk it up to not being something I'm into and move on. It just seems like another way to shame people enjoying things that they, personally, think are stupid, shallow, or a waste of their time.
Or the viewers that seem to hate everything that is common in Korean dramas....maybe they should just consider that these dramas aren't their 'thing' and move on to some other form of entertainment?

This isn't really a 'review' of the show, so I don't think this is where you meant for your question to go.
But if you are looking for answers to your question, possibly check dramabeans.com
They do full recaps of dramas and I believe this was one of the ones they did when it aired. You can probably skim through each episode recap until you find it.

Here's the thing, this Movie was made specifically for the fans that read the webtoon, NOT the ones that ONLY…
I've read the comic (at least what's been released in the US - it's not complete on LINE yet even though it's been finished for a while) and watched the drama. I just thought the actors in the movie were bland and had no personality. I was prepared to like it, but I just didn't. Even PHJ didn't live up to his previous performance and I just couldn't make myself finish it.
