They can’t pick a different dynasty because the book was based off of history. The infamous battle for succession…
I just know that it’s Manchu culture. It was ILLEGAL for men in this dynasty to get other hairstyles, except for ethnic minorities.

The drama made no sense with that spy girl butting in but the manhua's plot made a lot of sense to me

Just to be sure, this is a spin-off, and takes place in the future where Wu Xie is like 40 something, right?

The Lost Tomb
Mystic Nine (way into the past)
The Lost Tomb 2
The Lost Tomb 3
The Lost Tomb 45678
Tomb of the Sea (Wu Xie is like in his 40s)
Time Raiders is like a bad adaption of The Lost Tomb. Don't watch it.

Title The Journey 2 Spoiler
Can you spoil me please? *begs*
Everyone died. Then the male leads wake up in modern times, knowing everything was just a dream.

How can the writers give an ending like this. That last scene.
Read the novel or manhua. There's more to the story than just this.

So... will we actually have a 3rd season?I'm still waiting, ._.'
They said they were preparing since 2017 but I doubt there will be one. It's not worth the wait. Just read the novel or manhua.

I loved this show. As a huge vampire story fan it was at first cringe worthy but after getting over the growling,…
You can try reading the novel or manhua! There's more to the story.

You can read the book. She does end up with someone and has children. The plot is way longer.

I think the journey 3 and 4 was canceled
I think it's partly because the author was sued for plagarism. But the ending ruined everything so there's no point in making another season that can't connect to this one.

To the ones who read the manhua, is the ending the same? Or does the drama not depict the whole manhua and ends…
Of course not. The manhua is way ahead of the drama because Ye Yin already ends up with a guy. If you wanna know about the novel, she already has kids, book 3 and 4 her kids grew up.
