Yeah it’s a pity how easy SFL got off for her abhorrent behavior. To my shock, on Chinese SM, she’s actually…
i mean i get not making someone's ending SUPER HATED because Fans usually target the actor/actress personally on their social media, BUT if you are having such plot points(i mean being responsible for the death of an unborn child) at least let us have some taste of revenge in the end or let them fade away, dont give them a happy ending on top of that..

feeling sad about a psychopath that wants to ruin a marriage and acts illegally and sneakilyhmmmm... i guess there…
from what ive seen so far in comments, one can even be the most despicable murderer and comments will be positive if he has the 'visuals', as delusional fans call being good-looking. Only happens in males though, i wonder why.
Feeling sad for the dog killer along with all i said above , to me is only 'excused' if you are blindly fangirling on him. Maybe that's not your reason, then maybe it doesn't apply to you.

after ep12 , I'm feeling sad for Eun seong
feeling sad about a psychopath that wants to ruin a marriage and acts illegally and sneakily
hmmmm... i guess there is indeed sexism in the crazy fangirling that happens in Korea.
I wonder what would happen if people were rooting for a Female actress/character like that.. oh wait that has never happened.
i guess irrationality and fangirling is louder online.

some movies need to be whole series, and some series have so many episodes and fail to tell an interesting story.
I wish this was longer(a drama, or sequel)

good concept, nice acting BUT the pace was horrible.
Too many stories to tell in such little time, especially when it's wasted in random unimportant for the overall plot things.
Can't rate it more than 8 maybe 8.5 / 10.
Really the writing was disproportionate and just not enough.

The international audience is already much more generous than Koreans lmao.On the two main sites Koreans used…
is there any ass left on you? you seem to laugh it off really easily and at unfunny situations. Just an observation.
Well whatever it was they wanted to achieve in this drama obviously got sidetracked. Decent concept, nothing fresh, mediocre execution, VERY uninteresting female actress/character.

Person Yoo In Na
Was never one of my favorite actresses but i'm glad she couldn't become and idol.
At age 41 she is already a veteran of the dramaland, having starred in a ton of dramas, done anything from main leads, to secondary ones, to evil antagonistic ones, historical dramas, modern etc.
Anytime she pops up on a scene i get a familiarity coming from her. Big deal for an actress to be so established, no need to be part of a 'masterpiece' that took the world by storm. Longevity and consistency really goes a long way. Sometimes i see some old actors(above 60 years old) that are in EVERY drama pretty much, and i wonder how prominent they were growing up. I guess Yoo In Na will always be relevant if she decides to act for many years to come.
A good actress.

yeah, pace is weird, characters suddenly act NOTHING like they did, ending is basically incomplete and revenge is half-assed BUT 7.1 is still too low even if all those things are true.
At least it's 12-episode long , acting from SOME characters is good, ML is a badass in his own way and for ONCE(and finally, thank god cuz i like him) the actor that plays CEO of Kangoh got a semi-good character!

the only time I saw him play a good neutral character was in Oh My Venus, if you like the storyline you could…
have watched a few of the latest dramas (Ones released from November to March) in MY ratings only 3 or maybe 4 surpassed the 8.5/10 mark.
Also i kinda am in a rewatching binge right now but with family dramas, trying to decide on a top5 list.(rewatching 50/100 episode dramas even at 1.15x speed is still a time-consuming activity)

I think you can still re-watch if 1/ you want to see some things you didn't catch on the 1st watchor2/ you wait…
this 'birthed' a new interesting topic for discussion people could have on this site.
Which 5 dramas you would erase from your memory just to watch them for the first time again(without checking MDL and getting spoilers) and which 5 dramas you would erase from your memory just because they were a waste of time/made you angry/were disappointing etc.

i have caught up with it, waiting for last episodes to air. I'll just say this: they set up some characters making us think they're like mysterious and kinda smart/snide and get no payoff while the main antagonistic character is literally a thoughtless pawn for more than half of the series and suddenly he becomes ultravillain. Generally it's not bad but there are quite a few other dramas in this revenge genre that are masterpieces compared to it.
For me if even one of the characters is intriguing enough and the plot is decent, no matter if the writing has flaws, i'll watch it. Or if the plot is lukewarm but i want to see one of the Lead actors/actresses work i'll also watch it. That's why my watchlist is big but had as many flops as good works :D i'll come edit if something groundbreaking happens but the pace and writing is off and can't see Heir going more than 8.5/10 at best. if not lower(we know how Koreans handle their endings)

can you please put this in a spoiler tag
nah, no spoilers here. My comment is really a more thorough explanation of the summary in MDL.

binged the 11 episodes in a row.
Initially i thought it'd have great scenes and FL being a 'jack-of-all-trades' on how many things she learned just in case for her career, would actually have application to some of the problems that would arise in the company and eventually Grandpa would accept her, making things more awkward but her thorough training and whatnot was not used at all. Company dynamics were indeed a really minor part and even past secrets didn't make a bang.
In general though it's not bad, i don't necessarily see the chemistry between the Leads, but it's not off putting either.
FL actress is nice and can act. Evil characters come and go and are not really the nemesis kind, it's mostly Korea's view on homosexuality and all the secrets arising in our characters because of it that keep the drama going. In 2024 though i think this drama has no place, or at least won't draw attention due to its' gay plotline.
It's an easy watch, romance is there, not lacking. Depth of characters is limited, or i should say it exists but just on 3 or maybe 4 characters ALL the rest are barely even secondary ones. i might come edit after the Finale episode tomorrow but i think in the end i'll rate it 8 or 8.5/10, idk if something insane happens but nothing really surprises me after sooooo many dramas so i'll probably stick with this rating.

if you ask me to describe you a drama from 2018 or something ill just tell you roughly what the summary says, but if i watch 20 mins of the first Episode it allcomes back to me, who is who and will do what..
Downsides of being a genius ... (joking of course :D)

watching Impossible Heir now and came to his profile to check other works.
Yea i watched Oh My Venus couple years back. By the way my comment in general is positive.
He really makes you hate him or feel angry and stuff. Good acting , matching face, and overall physique and tooooo many HIT dramas so it only makes sense to cast the best!

what's funny is Lee YiKyung has a variety show currently airing it's decent it started it started just after this…
his face fits the despicable trashy boyfriend type so well i think whoever did the casting here did a great job.
I think i've also seen him in another drama he was younger maybe it was highschool/college life related and he also did well there. Different kind of role though.

sadly i remember everything when i see thee first couple mins of a drama/episode, it all comes flooding back.
But it is not boring so even on a second watch, more lightly without paying 100% attention to it , will be fine

so far all i can say is that it's veeeery slow and there are quite a few people in it that look like one another…
it indeed is deathly slow.
3 episodes needed to make some small progress in any matter...
Could have easily been a 24 or even 20 episode format...
normally if the pace picked up i wouldn't hold it against them, but 36 episodes in that pace is too much, so minus points definitely for that.
