Yes, a lot of bittersweet moments. Beautiful story. Haunted me for many months until I found something else that…
Yeah, that helped a little bit - some closure. But I came across something else that was really amazing (another drama), and I was totally drawn to it.
Nothing wrong with you. Over here, you're one of us :D
Do watch it (the anime). It's so good. Just the artwork alone is awesome. The music is equally amazing. Believe it or not, I even cried watching this anime (how tofu can I be!)
I really wanted to like this but ......No.I watched the first 7 episodes and I found the female lead awfully annoying…
It's more fun to watch it in Mandarin with no subs because the subs miss out many important Chinese words (characters) that are very important and provide the purpose in many parts of the story. The humor also lies within the words, how they're spoken and written. Of course that means you'd need to understand spoken and written Chinese, and well, ....
Do you follow Wang Yibo on Day Day Up? If you're not, you should. He's adorable there, and the program is fun to watch. It's my Sunday ritual every week. :)
爱情 is the noun for love浪漫 is an adjective and means romantic浪漫小说 is a noun and means romantic…
Agree, we normally call a romantic novel 爱情小说 in Chinese. 浪漫 is actually a western phrase as in romance (like the pinyin for romance in Chinese - you get what I mean).
Yes, Zhou Shen is an incredible singer. Watch this https://youtu.be/WaRc9TgwOZA. That's what our Zhan Zhan had…
The initial piano part is Fantasy Impromptu by Chopin, the song is called 大會堂演奏廳Da Hui Tang Yan Zou Ting - literally means Concert Hall. Hacken Lee composes the song himself and sung in Cantonese. Here's another of the same song: https://youtu.be/MltDOgkpis4
I'll miss it so much. Usually I don't like that kind of singing constests but this one was enjoyable to watch.…
Yes, do watch Joy of Life. It's very good. Just that Xiao Zhan doesn't appear until episode 38 or so. But the whole drama is very well made and the story is intriguing. Maybe this new drama can help you move on, not that you want to ... :)
... and what a shame for Hu Yitian whom I have come to watch.
Talking about The Untamed, all of a sudden, I can see Hu Yitian playing Lan Wanji, tall, quiet all that. But I'm glad we have Wang Yibo. Hu Yitian may not have that amazing chemistry with Xiao Zhan. :)
Haven’t committed to watching this yet but I heard there is a season 2. Did this season end on a cliffhanger?
Not only season 2, there's also season 3, spread over maybe 5 years. With that in mind, yes, there's a ton of unfinished business and unsolved mysteries. You should watch it if you have time because it's really very good. Just be very patient and wait for seasons 2 and 3 after this. I waited for Ever Night 2 (same author). Now it's out. It doesn't feel that long for the waiting.
What an achievement for Xiao Zhan! Despite he didn't get the championship, he was in the final round. The other…
Yes, both young singers are very accomplished singers. Zhou Shen amazes me with his super high pitch voice which reminds me of one of my favorite singers, Dimash.
XIAO YU'ER LOVE TRIANGLE ALERT!!Tie Xinlan is the daughter of Tie Zhan, one of the Ten Great Villains. She is…
Thanks so much for this incredible explanation giving me so much valuable insights. I'd have been totally lost in this vast maze of characters and relationships :) I used to love Gu Long's novels during my college years, especially right before exams (hence poor results). Sigh!
... and what a shame for Hu Yitian whom I have come to watch.
You're so right. Actually, I quite enjoy watching the 2 brothers. I feel Chen Zhe Yuan's acting is very good despite this is his first drama. I like Hu Yitian's aura and look - tall, serious, few words. Overall, I quite enjoy episodes 3-4.

BTW, it's not completed yet. We're still waiting for season 3.
