Yes, Zhou Shen is an incredible singer. Watch this https://youtu.be/WaRc9TgwOZA. That's what our Zhan Zhan had to go against in Our Song. It's very hard, and his achievement is incredible!
Dropping this drama despite Li Xian is one of my favorite actors. It's a shame but a reality that how a drama propels (like Go Go Squid) or damages an actor.
What an achievement for Xiao Zhan! Despite he didn't get the championship, he was in the final round. The other 2 teams were very strong with very popular evergreen singers Fei Yu-ching and Li Ke Qin. They are considered the "Voice" in Asia and world over among the Chinese communities. So Xiao Zhan's achievement is very remarkable. Way to go, Zhan Zhan!
In season 1, Ning Que was protective of Sang Sang, but you can feel it's a platonic master/servant type of relationship…
Absolutely! That's how I feel towards their relationship from S1 and S2 as well. Get me all confused because I have not read the novel and don't know how it's supposed to be like.
We "can't get over it and can't stop thinking about it" because we don't want to. It's like if you have something very good/nice, you don't want to let it go; you want to continuing revering it; you want to keep it with you at all times. I bet all our Suibians on this page envy you because you haven't even started watching yet. :)
In season 1, Ning Que was protective of Sang Sang, but you can feel it's a platonic master/servant type of relationship…
Yes, I watched that, but Ning Que is kind of flamboyant there. He orders Sang Sang around a lot, just like a maid, not like now, doing everything for her. Even at the end of season 1 he shows some sighs of love, romantically that is, it's still like, "you're mine because we depend on each other from birth (Sang Sang's)" which is totally different from the type of love he's showing now in season 2. Maybe the love hasn't changed, it's just the actors?
They have changed the main actor, they should have changed Sangsang too. I can't feel any chemistry between the…
You're right! Despite how doting this new Ning Que is towards Sang Sang compared to the previous Ning Que, something is missing - no chemistry. Maybe too early to tell?
From the same author Mao Ni, I love the drama Joy of Life; everything is put together so seamlessly. But this drama, both season 1 and 2, despite a huge budget, they just don't feel as well done and logical. Is it because of the director(s) and scriptwriter(s)?
Is it just me or what? A lot of the humors just felt "forced" or very unnatural. Everyone looks stiff too. Even…
In season 1, Ning Que was protective of Sang Sang, but you can feel it's a platonic master/servant type of relationship (though Sang Sang thought otherwise), but in season 2, it's turned into a romantic lover relationship. Is this how it's supposed to go in the novel?
Is it just me or what? A lot of the humors just felt "forced" or very unnatural. Everyone looks stiff too. Even…
They've not only changed the actors, they've also changed the characters' personalities and styles! It feels as if we're watching 2 unrelated dramas - drama 1 and drama 2.
Is it just me or what? A lot of the humors just felt "forced" or very unnatural. Everyone looks stiff too. Even when they try to relax, they still look unnatural. And when they speak, they're like reading.
Someone may have posted this link, but I'm doing it again just in case anyone missed it: https://youtu.be/wu9CHUUG8nM So nice to see our Zhan Zhan having some fun and so relaxed.
