Yeah. I kept wearily paying close attention, anticipating cringe, but they are clearly only portrayed as a friendship so far. Perhaps the father may misunderstand since she told him about "a man," but if they keep the dynamic between the two the same, it's no problem. I hope it stays this way

Yes, but I think there was a loophole in that one time they tried to undo a spell--'disaster evading spell.' I don't know if it can be used again, if it worked, if the character turned the spell it into some other spell, If that still counts as trying to undo a spell--or what.

But yeah, definitely there was a warning that undoing a spell would bring a disaster. I think it was even more foreboding. I'm not sure but I think it said something like how you will have to lose something if you want to undo a spell.

In fact I quite like the office scenes and appreciate that they show the working environment. Are the two female co-workers nice, no? But I do like that we see the various dynamics, their gossip, etc.

Someone earlier complained about co-workers' scenes and I said I have no issue with their scenes and prefer them to SFL. And in a lot of ways I do think they are more integral characters and SFL is just there to push plot as well as obstacles forward. Of course she may start becoming more prominent, but I much prefer watching office workers and just have "SFL" pop up these few times for plot purposes.

I am waiting to see how tomorrow's episode plays out, but yes to this whole thing.

At the same time I can maybe see that they are meant to have a messy fate/love.

He def should be slapped and reprimanded. (Unless it's some fake out where he imagines it.)

They are already tied by past life, curde, cycle, etc. The spell i believe fast tracked their fate/story (or maybe was already fated).

She only had nominal compared to him, i think we only see her have vague dream once. I could be wrong.

He had deja vu at demolotion, imo when he first saw her in white dress, and also more dreams. He remembers them and also is confused why her young self is there.

We'll just have to latch in for the ride. Who knows maybe they will find out tomorrow or next week the spell worked.

Yeah, it's exactly reason why I keep saying they cannot write the spell as fake. The show itself hasn't actually debunked it. It's just the characters don't believe it because the only spell she could choose was Fair Skin Spell, and they didn't see anything different with her skin.

I suspect it's just a matter of at some point her getting some bruise, rash or burn, but it doesn't leave a mark. And then they will be like ooopp, the spell worked.

Now they are both dealing with the aftermath that something they believed in seems not to be the case, and trying to explain the previous behavior, and now dealing with the aftermath of the supposed loss of all their connection.

Also it's, we don't know if the disaster evading spell really worked and is slowly doing its job, or indeed turned out to be some other spell or a dud.

Honestly when I was watching, I was just like...Whaat.... they should be wet. But right after typing my comment above, I wondered if it was the spell--but I don't think the gardener was holding his umbrella either. So yeah they really had the actors all dry while they are supposed to be right out in the rain. lol

I think my fav scene is when SY scoots over to HJ opposite JK and it's just the most natural thing for her. She is not even aware and snaps out their silly dynamic only after literally allowing him to shake her arm/finger up and down.

This is a question I have too. He said he suspected he was fine, but like did he ask for another scan/test? Why not? Is he not yet ready for the answer? Or maybe he was too pre-occupied with the love spell and now the notion of not-real-love-spell.

We are not actually shown spells don't work. It is a guess, because the test spell is not an easy spell to declare success or failure.

Yeah he's a prime suspect. He hates SY, is annoyed at SFL not breaking it off with SY...the hotel scene did give the impression he might have sent those photos.

Guys, I have a question. Am I the only one who tried to see if there was an awning or something they were under once HY moved away from the umbrella. It was supposed to be raining pretty hard, but their hair, face, clothes... all dry. And they weren't under any shelter either. Seemed to be out in the open. Just raining sound.

I agree with you. Plus I think they changed her style, hair and makeup too by the end. (Just saying how it seems to me.)

Yeah. Same thoughts. Only question is if in the end they will backtrack again and say wasn't the spell.
