I just watched ATOTS for the first time a week ago and it was very fresh in my mind as I watched this, so I completely lost it during the proposal scene. It was perfect for these two characters after everything they'd gone through. And then the bedroom scene after was fantastic, so sweet, sexy, intimate (and funny!) in a way you rarely see. I freakin' loved it and love EarthMix, my favorite comfort couple.
I LOVED THAT ENDING SO MUCH OMG. It was perfect πππ First we had real character growth which I wasn't expecting at all. Phupha in particular was warmer and more open and his sense of humor came out in delightful ways (Earth is apparently a goofball behind the scenes and this was his chance to let that side of him manifest in a character). I liked seeing Tian a bit less needy and more capable of caring for Phupha so it's not just flowing in one direction.
The proposal was m.f. everrrrrything. Yes it was cheesy and I eye rolled over some of the lines but then they cried and I cried too πππ (loved learning that the tears were unscripted). Then we had the fantastic skinship at the end, looooooved it.
Thank you Aof for delivering even in the context of a fanservice vehicle like OS2 and thank you EarthMix for putting in the best performances. I can't wait to see their future projects.
This season started with bang but lost its charm halfway and atm nothing make sense nowβ¦mountain gods are supposed…
It's an allegory for the Japanese occupation that's why. Also none of them are mountain gods anymore, they all gave up the position or were removed for various reasons.
so I haven't seen the first season and jumped into this with zero prior knowledge and im enjoying it a lot! its…
The ship mostly exists because he was a fan favorite and s1 and a lot of people were unhappy with what happens with his character in the end. I don't mind the mermaid but I also agree it's underdeveloped. There's just not enough time with all the other plot points.
What a disappointment! Iβm just so sad with these crossover episodes. Itβs unfair to both couples and the…
What did you want to see from Pat and Pran? I liked Bad Buddy but I'm not a super fan. Maybe that's why I really enjoyed the episode aside from too much tramping around.
Tian is such a drama queen istg. I hope the dude at minimum learns to carry his meds with him if he's going to run around the mountain like a lunatic. I still love him tho π₯². Mix is charismatic enough to make you like this character even when you want to smack him in the back of the head.
I really enjoyed how Earth played his role here as the most mature person in the room in every scene. He's still stoic but you see the flashes of vulnerability, esp. when Pran accurately points out his insecurities about his relationship. But Phupha, word of advice, do not spoon feed your grown ass boyfriend omg. On a shallow note, holy shit Earth looks goooood π
Ohm and Nanon got some very sweet moments and despite whatever is going on IRL I felt the chemistry. Good acting and probably good directing from Aof who knows how to get great performances out of his actors.
Next week it's going to be interesting when Phupha sees Tian in a different context where he is more in charge and not so needy. I wonder how it will play out.
Overall I've really loved this crossover even if there were too many lost in the woods scenes in this episode.
Me even though I'm literally old enough to be the mother of everyone I'm watching π I started with F4 Thailand…
My fave this year was Moonlight Chicken because it wasn't a school drama and it had real problems, even the teen loveline dealt with poverty and ableism.
Not related to this but is there anyone 30+ years old watch gmmtv series
Me even though I'm literally old enough to be the mother of everyone I'm watching π I started with F4 Thailand and then moved on to BLs. Despite that I still mostly won't watch high school stories (I dropped MSP after two eps)
You don't need to rewatch, they tell you everything you need to know in ep 1
It's hard to explain, they kind of insert the information with little asides, captions and flashbacks. It's very well done and gets you up to speed quickly.
I'm surprised to hear Japan apologized and sends money to SK. Do you have a link to more information because I'd…
If you google you get a lot of conflicting articles about what has or hasn't been done so if you have a source you trust I'd appreciate it. Or not if you don't care to share but yes I'm aware searching is an option.
