But the 2nd FL was a victim too in that drama, to be fair. Yes it was rushed and OTT, but she didn't start off as evil- blame the mother of course. Of course, SFL was still bad, but she was nowhere near as bad as her mom. SR here is just cruel and jealous for no good reason. And SR is not a victim.
She jumped up the ladder by virtue of being hired as Designer L. Her contract terms ensure she heads the design…
Exactly. Anytime there's corruption in the SK government, it's pretty much always linked to chaebols. It's more of an oligarchy than a democracy. Didn't know about that last part, that's so sad. 😔
Oh, definitely! The Korean entertainment industry itself is insane. Kim Sung-Jae's death, for example...
Man, episode 84 was WILD! Loved seeing SR get slapped by the aunt and spiraling after. And that ENDING? How the hell did "permanently confused yet gentle" Director Do get involved in this?

Unfortunately this happens in real life (to an extent. Of course k-dramas "dramatize" it.) Chaebols/rich people are extremely powerful- they basically control South Korea. It's a very interesting rabbit hole if you choose to look into it more.

So I guess she is a director technically. They never specified it. I thought she lost all her shares, unless it was the stash of money she had from being Designer L?
Yessss! I might make one with morally grey FLs too.
YES! Kyung-Hye. I loved her! Young-Sook was... complicated, I definitely hated the evil husband (KH's ex) and that psychologist mistress- she was CRAAAAZYYYYY. The FL was Se-Yeon.
I tried watching it, wasn't a fan. But tbh I've never loved KBS1 dailies 😠I hope to see her as a daily drama villain again, though!
Did Team Ji just commit fraud?
At this point, I need JI to become a full-blown villain. I'd snap at this point.
SR's downfall continues. I'm curious about Tae-Ho and the truth about Catherine & her disappearance!

I feel like there might be a time skip, yes. Maybe a few months to a year? Probably a year. Or two.
Either way "Trauma" is FIREEEE
