This is common in most Asian dramas, not just Korean. It's ridiculous. Women should be written way better now. Alas, it's a soap opera... and the women have to be stupid for the plot to happen. This is why I like villain FLs instead.

Ahhh, so she's looking for the perpetrator? I was under the impression that her daughter went missing (I was on episode 3, I finished it now.) In that case it's really weird, I'd share the information of the criminal that I had so far. The police would still help out, then boom. Evil person caught.
