Makjang dramas are on Netflix though, so it's possible that they'll have daily dramas on there (should TV channels choose to do so.) There's Spanish telenovelas, I was like... 30 episodes into Teresa before it was removed lol

Going woke? A few gay characters here and there. S. Korea is too conservative and people don't watch dailies the way they used to. 😂 Daily dramas haven't hit 15% since Vengeance of the Bride was on!

Ironically a lot of people complain that daily dramas (especially revenge/makjang or darker ones) are all the same, but I've been watching them for a while. The set-ups may be repetitive (Temptation of Wife was essentially the blueprint for modern daily revenge dramas), but the plots? Anything but! Definitely a lot of overused tropes though.

And Manager Hwang's lines towards him feel so cryptic sometimes... 😭
