He deserves it for his acting as DFQC. I hope he continues to get amazing roles and is successful. But I think DFQC will go down as one of his critical roles much like Lan Zhan was for Wang Yibo and Phoenix was for Deng Lun.

It was so satisfying after all that boasting Orchid did about how amazing CH is. 😂 DFQC was like, I’ll show you what amazing really looks like. I can beat your boy with barely an effort. He truly is Supreme and I am so happy that they made him so strong. This way his character arc of having been all powerful to being vulnerable is more convincing. The story wouldn’t have been as compelling if he were the most powerful all the time.

I agree, It looks great in UHD, especially all the effects. I have a 75” for movies but it works so well for this drama!

At first I thought she was saying 大磨头 which means big Devil head which would make more sense and less random but I assume by now they would’ve corrected any errors so I think it is actually big wooden head 大木头

Could you imagine DFQC and XLH’s child? He/she would truly be the most supreme being in the 3 realms with parents like those two. They would have both the power to destroy and power to heal all at once!

Me too, I’m saving Ep 30 so I can watch it on Sunday with episodes 31-34 all out and just the two to go on Monday. Otherwise I think I’ll ruin my Saturday in even greater angst. I’m rewatching all of the episodes now (again) to build up to the finale!

Lol~ yeah true true! But I think the problem with nice guys is that they don’t really take initiative and are too cautious. He had all that time Orchid but DFQC came in a swept her off her feet in like 10 days. He kept telling her how special and important she is and how her life is as important as his and how he will protect her~ of course he didn’t mean it the way she understood it (😂) but what girl wouldn’t like that type of attention. So yeah, CH should have blended the rules a little bit to show Orchid she is special~ or at least not wipe the memory of their time together.
