Fans of Pit Babe are saying that their show is the first omegaverse. I haven't seen it but I've seen a lot of…
Babe is an alpha, not an omega. He never had a rut, but he and Charlie have a lot of sex though. Also, Charlie is an alpha that tends to be mistaken as an enigma.
There are no omegas in the show. However, in the book, Jeff and North are omegas, but their genders were never stated out loud in the show, so maybe they are also omegas in the show.
What’s with the voice over at the beginning? Is it so hard to show me rather than tell me? This show has the…
The directors & screenwriters are the same person. They are the authors of the book. They also have no experience in filmmaking, so you have the exact same of experience as them, which is none. For some moments like this, it is easy to tell the lack of experience.
ok but why does gao tu keep throwing up in the fk SINK???? THE TOILET BOWL IS RIGHT THERE????
lol ikr I think he knows he is just dry heaving and can feel that the vomit is not going up, so he goes to the sink to get rid of saliva and it is more convenient for him since he knows he is not going to vomit.
My heart breaks for Gao Tu. FIFTEEN episodes have passed, and I haven't seen him crack a genuine smile out of…
There were few times of a genuine smile from him. The first time he smiled for real was when Wen Lang visited his house for the first time and they were teasing each other at the table. I can only think of 1 moment lol I think he also smiled in episode 9 when Wen Lang gave him a drink, but it was very small. He also smiled when Wen Lang said he brought a cake from him, but it was also small. Oh he also smiled when he was touched his belly when talking to the secretary general.
For me, I think Wen Lang is more clueless than dumb. He is smart in the business world, but he is so dense in his love life, mainly because he lacks emotional knowledge. Once he gains it, he is pretty smart in love (according to the book). Hopefully, it will be shown in the show.
Before this episode, Wen Lang does not know Gao Tu is an omega and he does not remember the omega's face, so he immediately ruled out Gao Tu as someone he slept with. He doesn't even consider that Gao Tu is an omega. Also, he is not too familiar with omega scents and he is very sensitive to scents, so he probably assumes that a scent of an omega sticks onto a person longer, even if that person haven't seen that omega in days or he is able to smell the faintest of an omega scent, even if the scent is old.
I'm back after 4 months cuz I'm still thinking about what y'all think about Dean🫠Cuz not many people talk about…
I like Dean. I feel bad for him in season 1 when Alan prioritizes Babe over him. I am glad they fixed his story in this season, but he doesn't have too much screentime this season.
I'm still salty that I didn't get my AlanJeff bathtub scene. Am I alone in this? lol
No, there were a bunch of complaints about the scene being cut when the episode was aired. Even the actors were sad that it got cut since they weren't aware of the scene being cut.
I haven't seen any of the fans of the second couple complaining about lack of screentime yet since it is hard…
Ikr! For me, if I am complaining about the excessive amount of something, I have to make sure it is a lot to count. I don't think 2 is a lot. Most people are happy with the screentime. As for the complaints about the story development, people have been complaining about that for a few weeks now, but there are not a lot of complaints from the second couple's fans today. Oddly, I have seen more complaints from the main couple's fans lol
The first couple getting more and more interesting each episode especially after the reveal. Just watching the…
Ah okay I think I got what you mean. I would not think it is a waste or too much of a waste since other people are watching the show fully. If a person watch specific parts, it is not like the show is going anywhere, so if they change their mind, the full experience will still be there.
It is unique, but unique does not mean it is guaranteed to be good fully. Based on first impressions, people can tell it is unique, but people can't tell it is good until they get a little taste. Some people go through the entire ride since they probably like most of it. Other people would just stick to the parts they prefer.
I don't think it is a waste since it is not like you spend money for a unique restaurant and you only eat a bit of food or like you go to a theme park and you only go on one ride. The show will always be here right at your fingertips. Even for the first two examples, if a person is satisfied & happy with the experience, it is not a waste.
I enjoyed it. i am sad though that wenlang and gao tu don't have that many scenes. it makes sense though as I…
They have a lot of scenes in this episode where the appeared in at half of the episode, but yeah overall the entire series, they don't have a lot of scenes.
However, it is more of a problem with screenwriting as they are not giving them great development and pacing. It is possible to do a great story with less screentime, but the screenwriters have a problem with not making efficient use out of a lot of screentime.
Glad they included "Enigma baby is not that fragile"! The Hua cousin didn't get to show off his skills…
Shen Wen Lang most likely noticed Gao Tu's scent, but he probably decided to not comment on it because last time he did, Gao Tu resigned. Also, he thought it belonged to Gao Tu's omega partner being close to Gao Tu.
The first couple getting more and more interesting each episode especially after the reveal. Just watching the…
It makes sense that you would feel like it is a waste since you enjoyed all of it, so you would watch all of it.
For some people, it is not only they are watching the one they like the most, they watching the one they only find interesting or the only one that they are here for. They might not like the other characters/couples/elements, so they are going to watch the ones the like. Or, they might not want to spend energy & time on characters/couples/elements and are only here for the ones they know and leave.
For me, I like the Thor movies, but I only watch the Loki clips. I am not interested in watching the whole movie. If I do, I would be forcing myself to watch it, even if I do so happen to like it (won't know until I watch the full thing, but I preferred not to since I am not interested in it), so I only spend energy and time watching the things I am already interested in. For example, in ABO Desire, if I only watch it for the second couple, I am only watching around 5 to 10 minutes per week rather than 45 minutes per week. I am only interested in the 5 to 10 minutes rather than the other 35 minutes.
I do agree that it differs on the person. You prefer to get the full experience. I prefer to get the things I was already planning to get. That is why I told the OP that they should watch the clips if they are only interested in the second couple or that is the only thing they are mainly looking forward to rather than putting my choice on her.
By the way, do you mean it is a waste of time or waste of energy or waste of something else?
At the beginning of the episode when Wen Lang was texting Gao Tu at 1 am, there was a third person narration when he realizes that Gao Tu is not replying to him, whether he is avoiding him or sleeping. It also happen again at the office in the middle of the episode when Wen Lang realized that Gao Tu paid him back.
The first couple getting more and more interesting each episode especially after the reveal. Just watching the…
I mean if they are mainly interested in the second couple, it is not a waste for them. It would be a waste if they force themselves to watch all of the episodes fully, if they are mainly watching the show for the second couple.
i am really interested in the 2nd couple (way more than 1st) but i heard they barely have screentime, is this…
They do have little screentime (typically around 5 minutes per episode). However, this episode gave them at least half of the episode, which is the most so far. If you are only interested in the second couple, I would wait until the show is over for someone to compile all of their scenes in a video or watch some FMV edits.
By the way, I would recommended to watch out for some nasty replies. Recently, some people are getting defensive whenever someone prefers the second couple over the main, even when a person is simply sharing their opinion nicely. Some comments are not nice, but some fans of the main couple tend to lump all of it into hate comments.
episode 15 clocked with the main couple blushing so hard but seriously need more screentime for second!!!
They have 25 minutes out of 45 minutes of screentime I think at this point, it is more of story development more than screentime. The screenwriters and directors are not that great in showing a great development for Gao Tu & Shen Wen Lang's story. It is possible to show a great, tight development in little screentime.
Screentime does help in development, but the screenwriters & directors need to know what they are doing to make efficient use of the screentime.
If any of the second couple fans still dares to say that the second couple gets barely any screentime I’m going…
I haven't seen any of the fans of the second couple complaining about lack of screentime yet since it is hard to complain about 25 minutes of screentime lol
However, I did see quite a couple of fans of the main couple complaining about fans of the second couple, so lol every episode always have some people complaining about something.
EDIT: Oh wait I found one, but they deleted their comment, so I don't know what exactly did they said. I think I know who wrote that comment since I saw a new comment from someone saying their opinion of the second couple and that they reworded it to sound nicer due to them not wanting to be attacked by the comment section again.
Did this advance their story? No, Welang is still in denial and Gao, you've already given up. I don't understand…
It did advance their story since Gao Tu is starting to fully leave his past life and Wen Lang now knows his feelings & Gao Tu's secret. Plus, Gao Tu's family is going to be involved now, so that will cause their story to progress with new obstacles.
Of course, screentime does not equal story development, but it does help a bit.
Other than that, the alpha/enigma terms, and scents, it is more of a superpower world rather than an omegaverse world.
There are no omegas in the show. However, in the book, Jeff and North are omegas, but their genders were never stated out loud in the show, so maybe they are also omegas in the show.

I don't watch a lot of shows, but usually the shows I watch, if the secondary main characters have 11 minutes, it is a decent amount.
It is unique, but unique does not mean it is guaranteed to be good fully. Based on first impressions, people can tell it is unique, but people can't tell it is good until they get a little taste. They did change the sister's dialogue a bit to her telling Gao Tu to stay in the city instead of moving away.
