I have successfully changed Max's name on IMDb from 'Saran Rujeerattanavorapan' to 'Kornthas Rujeerattanavorapan'…
and BTW The translators keep changing it from Khram to Kram, so I wouldn't put too much stock on the "official" romanization of the names. I would go with the official and accepted spelling per the The Royal Thai General System of Transcription (RTGS). In that case, it is Khram and Thai.

Hi,
His name can be spelled Natasitt or Natasit. The Thai spelling has two Ts: ณฐสิชณ์
The last T is silent.
I checked with the original novel and it is spelled คราม, which means the color Indigo. The official transliteration of the word is, Khraam. K with a puff of air and long A. Like many Thai words, it can be spelled in English in different ways, including Kram, but Khram is the official spelling. It is possible translators say Kram to distinguish it from the word for indigo, but in Thai there is no such differences, so I think it should be spelled Khram.
Max character's name is spelled ไท. That is the same T as in Thai. :) You can spell it either way, but it seems it is more common to spell it as Tai. I think it can mean to be free/not a slave. I think it may denote his character's lack of allegiance to the mafia who think they own him. :) This is also the same word used for the Tai ethnic group (again, Free people). In this sense, I think Tai would be the best spelling.

I'm on ep 4 and I am so surprised by how good this is. I came in with extremely low expectations cuz everything…
I am watching this late, like you. I am on Ep 5.
This is not a Domundi series, it just has Max and Nat, but the production company is not the same as Cutie Pie. This production company is the one that Pak works for. It is the one that made Knock Knock Boys and Monster Next Door.
Can't stop thinking about how Kohei, an introvert with a twisted personality, brought in all the food to court…
Idk Taichi is such a good catch, probably one of my favorite BL characters ever, that he has to stay vigilant. Taichi is too precious. He needs to be jealous of him. He is like a high vaue asset. Needs to have alarms and all lol
Legit question, no snark promise, but what would make sense based on your understanding of his character?Honestly…
I agree with @ivy. I understood it the same way. We are meant to see Taichis POV but i think from Souheis POV, he cant see or hear whats going on. Igs basically happenings behind his back.
Its very Japanese. They love exaggerating for comedic purposes.

i don’t get why there are so less female characters. in the OG series one of the things that i liked the most…
You do know that because Love Sick was the FIRST BL to air on a terrestial channel EVER, they had to add heterosexual storylines to make it more palatable in Thailand, just like Love of Siam's trailer focused on the heterosexual storylines and only hinted at the gay storyline.
When Noh and Phun kissed (and they did in the OG), the uproar was so big that all of the kisses they had filmed or planned were scratched.
I think this series will have GL, which is a new trend in BL, but the hetero couples in BL, especially when they outnumber the BL couples, is a thing of the past.
So let's enjoy the success of BL and not go back to the old ways. I am not a big fan TBH. :)
or Perth in Love by Chance....or Captain in Love Sick...or Ohm in Make It Right....Shall I go on? :O
In some countries it is. You can sign up to the army to go to war here in the USA at 18. I think to sign contracts it is 21 here in the USA, but 20 in Thailand. Drinking age is also 21 here in the USA, but where I am from is 18. Thailand is a bit weird in that some majority is achieved at 15, including the age of consent. In the USA the age of consent is 18.
Also at 18, you are already in college. Unless you are Fourth. He was in college at 17. LOL
But now we are going on a tangent. My point still stands. You don't like it. Don't watch. Don't promote it. Make a difference by supporting another show. No need to proselytize. Can we agree that the casting choice for this show is odd? Yes. Do I think it is child abuse? No. Will I watch? Yes. (I haven't yet, but have heard good things and did liked the trailer).

and I should add that I suspect the actor in Love and Fortune was exactly 18 when they filmed the series (for obvious reasons), but he was 19 when it came out.
I still think the age gap there is pretty crazy.
The on in Itazura Na Kiss always made me scratch my head, kind of like this one, but I wouldn't call it child abuse or whatever. It is just a bit strange of a choice.
I think the idea is to have a more grounded actor that can help anchor the scenes. IDK Just the only thing I can think of....

My point is that this has happened since the early years of BL. In fact, it happened with the first BL series (Captain and White), and it happened to one of the most respectable and most experienced actors in Thai BL (Ohm Pawat when he played opposite Toey in MIR). Ohm is probably a great example of why this is neither child abuse, nor traumatic because Ohm had such a great experience on set with Toey that he decided to become a professional actor. And although he has a choice, he is still making BLs.
Perth is also still making BLs, so I think it would be a stretch to say that he was traumatized.
Sometimes I wonder if these complains underlie a certain closeted homophobia. I am not saying you specifically, but in general, because MyDramalist doesn't seem to have these many complaints in the hetero series. Like, I don't recall seeing this much outrage against Itazura Na Kiss Love in Tokyo, which had the same exact age gap. Heck, the Japanese don't give a damn about these things. Love and Fortune (also Japanese) same thing. Lots of complains about the story, but none about the actor's age gap (19 vs 30). Outside of Mydramalist, there is a movie called The Reader, which would probably give you a heart attack, but again, boy and women, no outrage.
Having said all that, I understand why this series may make you uncomfortable, but you have a choice. Don't watch it.
Can you maybe help me answer a question I've been having for a while now: What do "ML" and "MC" stand for?Because…
Why are you using spoiler tags? This is not a spoiler.
I have a fried who uses the same nomenclature. I have no idea who came up with it. I find it very confusing, especially because the MC is also an ML, but the ML is not the MC according to this definition. So, I would say this is really not the best used of those terms.
I understand why anyone would avoid uke or seme, but in most Thai BLs, it is OK to use these terms. Here it is very clear who is the seme and the uke.
I also don't think we always have a single MC. Some series just seem to focus a bit more on one character in the early episodes and then do a switcharoo later, like in La Pluie or in Remember Me. Actually, Remember Me didn't have an MC, but multiple MCs since it was not told from a single perspective. I also don't know if I could identify an MC in ITSAY.
