Of course, she's my favourite actor in general <3 I love her. Her acting has gotten so much better as well over the years. She works so hard and I admire her so much.

I actually find inspiration in both hers and WL's work ethics despite them being so young. And I NEED them to collaborate again lol

I'm an international fan haha and yes I am new to him, and I totally agree with this. I commented on the post below as well saying it was just him adopting his character -which when you think about it is so impressive (its not something many actors can do). For the people below who commented, if you watch his interviews where he talks about adopting LBY you will see that he used method acting. He fully embodied the character and tried to live as LBY inside and outside of filming. He said even his friends sometimes asked him why he was different and he didn't even realize he was being different - he was just so immersed as LBY.

Apparently in Chinese culture Mandarin Ducks are thought to be life long couples. If one of the pair dies, the other will mourn. Chicken wings are meant for humour I think

I don't know why I am having such a hard time with that, I keep trying to start and then I give up because the drama doesn't catch my interest enough to continue. I will probably try again when there isn't so many other dramas to watch.

I am interested in Legend of Anle coming out tho! Dilreba and Gong Jun look good together.

Oh this is an interesting question! I actually thought his (sometimes) stiff acting is part of his characters persona, I know many people who are not comfortable emotionally expressing themselves who come across as stiff in encounters where they need to bring out their emotions. I thought it was all part of his characters growth itself.

I haven't watched a lot of WL's other stuff so I can't comment I guess on his overall acting. But on this role he has definitely delivered for me. His microexpressions convey so much. The scene where CSS was held hostage, I had chills.

Aww thank you for being so nice, I did check out TLB and ended up skipping a bunch of it. But I think the story just kind of dragged for me, not an issue with the actors.

I've watched a lot of her other dramas. I really liked Reba in Eternal Love of Dream! I enjoyed Love Designer as well and King's Woman, and a lot of people tell me You are My Glory is good.

Agreeing with the comments before haha, Reba is great at serious roles and at action but I can't see her in a role like this. Plus don't hate me for this but I actually don't think she has a huge emotional range when it comes to acting :s - just my opinion haha don't hate on me

I think he shot his brother because he didn't want the true culprit behind everything to be revealed at that moment to everyone (the public). Because it would reflect badly on the Consort, Emperor etc.

When the Emperor was questioning him about who the true culprit is, he said it will get messy if you continue to investigate (but everyone in the room knew who he was talking about). And then it was later confirmed in the scene with Consort Yue.

So he wasn't a bad guy.

She deserves so much more :(

Lol I get what you mean. It's been a while since I saw One and Only, I think back then i was very intrigued by the softness of the FL in that drama and the firmness of the ML. Plus that story was very unique and I think their almost forbidden love drew me in - and then broke my heart -_-

But now that i've seen LLTG I think its going to be very hard for another male actor to top this version of a general. WL is just so good at portraying brutality, emotions, his stunts are real, his fighting movements don't look awkward, his horse riding is excellent, he looks good in armour , his dialogue delivery is amazing and not cheesy and when he's being sweet (oh my god). I also am not partial to Ren Jialun (haven't watched many dramas with him in them) - RJ fans please don't come at me haha.

I honestly can't..... One and Only may come a little close lol - if someone can think of an example please let me know so I can add that drama to my "plan to watch" list haha
