It really may just be preference. The show is like crack to me lol. It's funny and the characters exude warmth. The pacing is just right-the main leads have transitioned from enemies to reluctant allies to buddies who look out for each other in a matter of 13 episodes. And I love the show's colors. This may be a simple show, true, but to me it has so much heart. All subjective so probably won't help you. But yes, brain rot has been real since episode 7

Also looking 😭 but considering the cast begged tencent and drama team yesterday for more episodes and tencent said yes, we might get 2 episodes today 🤞

Really like the detail of world border. The story in the novel only existed within those boundaries, so there is actually a (non)space that they couldn't go to. I had forgotten that we're not in a real world, and ep 13 just reminded me that everything is (supposed to be) fake. Not to mention that LMM said she wants to delay the advancement of the novel's plot. Ep 13 made me sad, but still holding out on a happy ending!

Lmao. But yeah, how I see it is miaomiao adapted to the game world's requirements. She's not acting overly cute all the time. Mostly she exaggerates her cuteness/antics when she's scheming to increase her % with ziqi. But most of the time she acts normally for me (albeit she's just naturally cute to look at to begin with lol)

I was actually a bit hesitant when starting this because they advertised this show as having some sort of dark toxic love, but boy was that advertisement so fake and false and I'm thoroughly relieved. Saw the preview for ep 18 and 19 and I cannot wait for more!

At this point, soon could be November or December with how the promos are going. But I hope you're right because teasers are already dropping for other dramas with rumoured October premiere. Excited to see this drama but at the same time I hope it at least gets promoted well as what the production hinted before

Aren't we supposed to get 99% promo materials for this drama? Based on this, we're only around 13-15% I think, so the rumoured 31st October premiere seems unlikely...
