I love this show! But I have one huge gripe! It's the three seemingly brainless sidekicks of the ML. Time and time again they accuse FL of schemes and even though they had been proven wrong again and again, they just keep on accusing her anyway. Ugh atm I think I hate them more than the stepmother. I get that they're not supposed to be strategic smart anyway but still, with what the FL has shown them through her past actions, she deserved some credit. But no, they just go running off their mouth against her asdfghjkll

I went home the other day and caught my mom watching it on TV via Netflix. She was already on episode 20 and the cinematography of the Miaomiao's room with the flowers and the swing on big screen was crazy beautiful.

Watching Moonlight after LGIEF really hits different. I dropped Moonlight early before because I found ZC soooo childish. But now I decided to try again and I'm still on episode 3 yet I'm already giggling lmao ZC is still childish but I see him now with the fondness I have for Ziqi hahaha this show is really a good follow up to LGIEF as CL and ZC have similar dynamics to MM and ZQ so it's really like seeing my Miaomiao and Ziqi in modern world. I shall watch and enjoy this veryyyy slowly till their next collab (which is pretty much the varshow in Dec)

I'm honestly one of those new ones heh I couldn't finish moonlight before because I found dyx's character such a brat. But now, I'm enjoying him so much and I am slowly watching moonlight to tide me over till the variety show on December 😆

We've read various interpretations of the ending already, but there's one more you should read too haha it's actually a combination of a lot of interpretations but it has really rounded out the ending for me. But yes, it really is a complete happy ending. It's in the discussion board if you're interested.
