Yes, she wasn't emotionless at all! She had to pretend so she could think clearly about her new priorities. If she accepted him after her breakup, nothing would have changed though it could be argued that with him it may still work out great for her.
Ah I blame the length! The whole chasing her again would have been great to see...

Aside the first episode, it is a very realistic show. Yes, it has the leads wavering in their relationships but that's just how things happen when you are in a relationship for the sake of the time you have invested and myriad other excuses but not the love with which you started.

It is always a mess and will always be a mess, both being rational and reasonable from the onset is just too small a possibility to consider.

My problem with these dramas is that they should not be 36 episodes. Prob 24 which translate to about 16 kdrama…
Yes they could use some shortening but good planning can also go many ways.

They hide his physique well and only once did I notice the extreme lithe figure of his; there was a scene where he sat and the camera focused on his extremely thin legs.

I found it getting blander as it progressed towards the end. Romance was not the focus and had few high points concentrated in select episodes. I just stuck around because of Bai Lu, I would have dropped it a while ago if not for her.

How is this compared to FIS. Absolutely loved that one
I think FIS is better than this. FIS is more polished. This one gets a bit derailed towards the end with some plot lines starting and then concluding in a rushed manner.

Title Once Again
Finally finished, it turned extremely cheesy in some parts but overall it was a good ride. The dad's sister story was rushed and lacked polish and served as one of the two low points of the story, the other being Ga Hee's plot with the stone faced love interest.

I likeed na hee and da hee stories the most. The divorces are depicted very realistically for current generation. Where the older generation would have refrained and thought things through, the young often call their quits without understanding each other. The most apparent reason being lack of communication, even though it is iterated everywhere, still people fall prey to it.

I have experienced my parents rebounding before divorce finalization, more times than I can count throughout my life. Their problems were also lack of clear and honest communication.

But I can see how most westernized cultures can go towards divorce in a hitch. At least in our culture there are steps to a divorce, which can help couples reconcile and how it takes not a month but a course of many months to actually finalize it.

Title The Legends
did they really do that??!!
They surely did, it was so awkward. One of the scenes was way off as it was kind of a dreamy flashback with blurred background, clear character and then this focused half eaten censored fruit (apple?) being eaten...

Actually the eaten part is censored not the whole fruit, such intricacies...

Damn the censor is strong! They even censored a half eaten fruit!

I wonder who they are trying to protect and from what!

I couldn't get into it from E2, the whole fiasco of the naive girl doing reckless heroic deed to incur ire of the whole world didn't sit well with me. Her interactions with the "demon" were also odd and how she could do what she did with impunity, live life without any problems too was also unbelievable. I was baffled how her grandfather didn't educate her at all about worldly affairs and how to navigate them.

It took E10 to get me back into it and then went great till E28-29 where weak plots again made a mess of things but wow, the romance is just too good. Still many parts of it are not worth watching.

After this they delay important events so much that I am forced to skip even more of it.

She is unique for lack of a better word. I first saw her in IOTNBO and have been hunting for her acts since. Not just looks, she has a unique way to her posture, body language and superb acting.

This one is an okay fair and requires vast amounts of suspension of belief to make it enjoyable. I am not such a capable person but I still went with it using massive skips .

This is cliche galore in its most purest form.

On top the producers don't even try to make the cross dressing FL like a guy, she wears red lipstick for Christ sake! Behaves completely like a girl and wears clothes which completely show off her feminine figure.

Its not like I don't like cross dressing fantasies but this one just ticks me off.

Title Go Ahead
Disclaimer: My reviews are largely bent towards romance.

It is a good show. Not something very good, it has its highs and its boring bland lows. It is understandable that the actual rating of this drama gets influenced by the superb second half. The first half had me yawning many times, though it had its highs as well.

The drama glows when any of the five are on screen. The familial bonds and how they go with their lives. Only in the second half did parent generation also becomes fascinating. That is exactly why the first half is disappointing.

The romance between the main three, overall seems shoe horned and it is not the focal plot of this show and gets relegated to background many times even though many focal plots do depend on it. The fish kiss reactions of the FL don't help either. Even the ML does his part well in the first few times but the petrified FL ruins it for the poor guy. I guess that's why he later stops his futile efforts for the rest of the drama, still his touch is delicate and full of feeling. Suffice to say, skip the kiss scenes, the romance is so much better without them.

The romance in the elder generation and the other characters is much more fascinating and interesting.

Rating: 8.5/10

Finally finished, last two episodes were a skip fest. The climax was anticlimactic and boring. The last episode was so rushed that the producers even cut the last kiss just before it happened! The audacity!
