Is the story concluded with these two seasons? I want to watch this but I see ppl mentioning third season and I don't want to watch if the ending is not actually the ending.
I honestly don't remember what these episodes were about, lol. I think it's about the worlds in which the ML dies, and it shows what happens to other characters after his death (I could be wrong tho, it's been a while since I watched it). The last episode can be seen as the ending of the original series.
So yeah, I would say watching all of it is unnecessary, but there's also a fact that these episodes are short so if you want to see more you can go for it, it won't take too much of your time.
It was good and the classical music/their performances were beautiful, but it felt more like a documentary about pianists than the real movie. I'm not complaining tho.
It was alright. I'm not the biggest fan of this type of historical comedies, but the story was okay. Also, it has beautiful cinematography and music & the acting was good. 8/10.
The last episode wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, but I think they tried and failed to give everything some special meaning. There were so many plot holes and compared to the previous 15 top-notch episodes the flaws were too obvious. Also, why the hell did they not find different actor to play Yoon Hyun Woo?! Making Jin Do Joon and Yoon Hyun Woo physically identical and making everyone ignore that fact (no one noticed even the slightest resemblance???) is just plain stupid. It's the biggest issue I have with this drama.
It's probably because I know that the ending will (supposedly) be bad, but subjectively speaking, watching this feels like watching Breaking Bad. It's really good, but you just know everything is going to hell & it cannot end well. I need to prepare myself for the last two episodes.
Also, maidservant Kim's "death" felt so unnecessary and dumb. Why did she decide to die in Jinyowon when she had…
Okay, she's caring, but sacrificing herself for nothing still doesn't make any sense. Lady Jin would've died either way, and she had a future husband & Uk who is like a son to her outside. People don't choose to die like that just becase they're nice. It's dumb.
Hmm, I finally finished and my final rating is 8.5 (first season was 7.5). I actually enjoyed this one much more,…
Also, maidservant Kim's "death" felt so unnecessary and dumb. Why did she decide to die in Jinyowon when she had no powers and could not actually help. It affected my rating tbh. They could've shown that she tried to exit that cave but was unable to do so and therefore came to peace with her death, this way it felt like she just decided to sacrifice her life for the sake of it.
Hmm, I finally finished and my final rating is 8.5 (first season was 7.5). I actually enjoyed this one much more, probably because it was shorter and therefore felt tighter. The chemistry between Uk and Bu-yeon was palpable which is a huge plus. Also, the cinematography and music were amazing. I don't know how I feel about the last two episodes tho. I like that we got the happy ending, but the journey towards that ending felt somewhat messy.
1. How many 2022 released dramas did you watch? - 24
2. What country did you watch the most in 2022? - South Korea
3. What genre(s) do you usually watch? - Everything. I like darker stuff with fantasy/supernatural elements, but this year I have watched a lot of dramas together with my aunt and she likes romance and comedy the most so I adjusted my watching habits to fit her taste.
4. What is your top drama listed in this article? (Can be more than one) - Weak Hero Class (10/10), Love Like The Galaxy (10/10), Love Between Fairy and Devil (9.5/10), Under the Queens Umbrella (9/5/10)
5. What is your top drama NOT listed in this article? - Bloody Heart - it's a great historical drama with beautiful cinematography and good story. I'm not sure why people dislike it, I absolutely loved it.
6. How was your drama journey in 2022? - It was good. I think I watched less than in 2021, but my watching habits have become more consistent.
7. What is your wish or plan in dramaland in 2023? - I want to work through my PTW list while also watching new airing dramas. Clearing my PTW list is the main goal tho, lol.
Truth be told I was afraid I would be unsatisfied with the ending and throughout the first half of the last episode that fear was at its highest, but this was the best possible ending & it made me raise my rating. The whole season was really good but this ending gave everything the proper meaning.
Finally caught up with released episodes and I have to say I enjoy this much more than part 1. Part one was too long and draggy, half of the time nothing was happening and characters spent hours and hours just talking about nonsensical things, but this feels tighter. There are some plot holes but I don't know whether certain things will be explained later so I'll keep my judgement for now. All in all, very enjoyable + I love the chemistry between Buyeon/Naksu and Uk.
Actually, it was thrown way earlier but it became glaringly apparent in the last episode. The one thing I did…
I see. I didn't take it as him being romantic in the real sense of word but more as a way for him to lure his victims and make them drop their guard. I think they made it pretty clear how twisted and rotten he is (especially in the situation with the wheelchair, not sure if you watched that far). But anyways, with that being said I can also understand your point of view.

I did sympathise with him a lot tho.
