I myself like the one episode per week format. Just because you don't like it, does not mean it's bad or that KBS2 does not care about viewers.
And again, they cannot air 2 eps per week. What time slot? Should they take down already airing shows for it to air twice a week?
But no one knows where it leads and how it will end...
No, I only have one account.
And it's not like I don't like all positive comments. Just the essay long ones trying to tell me how the show I disliked is amazing masterpiece and try to convince me how good it in fact is.
Same way, if negative comment affect someone, THEY should stop reading them.
The best part was for sure showing some of the darker side of k-music industry, even if presented in a slightly messy way. But it is refreshing, since we don't see it often (one of the reason I laugh when people say shows like Produce Idol are cruel, as if they are any different than the daily life of this trainees. At least they gain fans in the shows and don't rot in a basement of their agencies).
Acting from the main cast was good-ish. It's truly hard to tell since we barely know anything about the characters. But nothing stood out in a negative way. I was actually surprised to see Park Yu Ri, since last time I saw him was in Produce Idol lol
There were some directing aspects I found questionable - 3 years time jump being one of them... This show is also for sure on a lower range of budget, it's worth knowing before starting it. The music for it is rather "generic" (tho rarely ever the shows about idols have truly good and memorable songs, so this is not that much of a problem). The award ceremony was a bit painful to watch, since it just looked unrealistic and cheap.
That said, I'm kind of curious about the plot, or rather the one side plot about Eun Jo and the girl that died. My theory: they were dating, she got pregnant, killed herself coz of all the pressure etc., Eun Jo could not handle this so he ran away.
At the same time, there are some aspects that I am careful about, and hope will not come true in next episodes. Like ML being the typical misunderstood cold lead who is not really cold, or a selfish SFL who will do everything to get the guy and for her career. We already have past connection, no way of fixing this cliche lol
Anyway, as long as they keep it up with the more realistic approach of the industry, it might be nice.
Comment section is for both positive and negative opinions of the show. It's easy to see if someone did not like the episode just from the first line. If you cannot handle it, don't read the rest of the comment.
Why someone has to present anything in a positive way at first? As I said, I often read comments before starting the show, and I skip the positive ones, and look for the negative ones as a way to prepare myself for what's to come.
At the end of the day, if someone is so easily influenced that reading one negative comment might make them not watch a show, maybe they should not read comments before starting in the first place. Or at least not read the negative ones.
The immature are the ones who get offended over negative comment. Not everything has to be presented in a positive way, especially since there is no perfect show. I, for example, like to read "negative" comments coz they let me prepare for the show and manage my expectations.
You could simple not read the comment in the first place. It's obvious the OP did not like the episode from the first sentence, so if you could not handle them ranting about it, you could have stopped reading there.
It just feels oversaturated.
Damn, this is some whole new level of poor management tbh.

So it was just a rumor at the end.
We know for a fact that last few days of voting and the voting during the final can change the ranking quite a bit. The votes matter a lot. Fandoms literally have plans on how and when to vote to make it the most probable for their fav to debut. So if they filmed the final and picked the team as the rumor says, what was the criteria? How is this not doing the things behind fans back?
I have no problem with them recording final without audience and not making it live event, but they should give a specific date, open the voting again and give a deadline. Coz these votes can shape the whole final line up.
So yeah. I hope the rumor is just a rumor and not the truth, coz I am truly not a fan of dealing with the situation like that.
