You can't control your feelings, but you can control your actions. Her actions do speak loud and clear about what kind of person she is.
Also how would her husband be thought as a horrible guy? He did not act on his feelings for the girl he truly loved. They clearly stated that he took great care for Sharon in the past and always acted with a respect and love. Only after they found out she can't have a baby and Hae Ra was picked to be surrogate mother he let his feelings show a bit. But it can't even be seen as a cheating since it was common back then for dudes to have more than one women, and to use other women to birth a child if the 1t wife is not capable. Truth is, he was not stolen since he never loved her. They were forced to get married and had no say in it.

probably. They slowly show the past and the conflicts in the present times are not at peak for sure. They just explained why Baek Hee is cursed too . I'm curious if they will focus on past or present more in the future eps. Coz thy do show more and more 'slips' from the past now. But honesty I would not mind if the motives of the past were shown already and there is nothing more to it. It's clear, makes sense and it's more probable than some twisted stuff they often so with period dramas.

Sharon's like 'OMG I missed him so much'... well maybe if you didn't kill him you would not miss him so much lol I mean I like her character for the drama, you can't have everyone being angels but holy shit she's some selfish shit hahahaha

I have no sympathy for Sharon tbh. It would be different story if he was reincarnation of her old self and did not remember shit from past life. But she does, after all those years she is still not seeing how cruel and wrong she was and still want to fight Hae Ra for the dude he wants. How anyone would want someone like her to be with a sweetheart like Soo Ho is beyond me.

I'm putting it on hold. I feel lik there is no real plot nor stakes in it. Main dude always gets out of trouble, there is so many plot points and different points you need to focus but non of them is really interesting nor explained the way it would make me curious. And what is MOST important, this drama lacks good villain.

You can change it from being see-through to some patterns. Basically the idea was that when a couple wants to kiss they can turn off the see-through thingy and kiss without people looking,

Well, I hope you will never be a doctor then lol Coz doctors should treat illnesses only according to the RIGHT diagnosis not the most probable one. There were many psychosomatic cases were people even lost their senses (like could not feel any touch or could not see) even tho physically everything was okay with them and the cause was in their psychological trauma.
It's not like Min Kyu just saw the Doctor for few sessions, it was 15 years since the allergy started. Even if it was EXTREMELY improbable the root cause is psychological, he should still send him to see psychologist just in case., since it;s not lik ANY of his diagnosis was right. Literally 1st session with psychologist would he enough to diagnose him properly (since they would ask him when it started, and then is anything unusual happened before that. I'd say hallucinating that some hand is monster's claws is rather unusual). Not cure coz working with people who have psychosomatic problems is extremely difficult but they would at least know where to start.

How no one thought his allergy is caused by some psychological problem is beyond me. It makes it looks like there are no good doctors in Korea lol

it was 10/10 but then the ending happened

I was so excited for the drama, but it's kind of meh. I really don't dig Hyeri's character. I am not sure she can pull off reporter/journalist role tbh. I'd like her more as a rookie cop or something like that. Her pronunciation just bothers me too much to believe she got that job.

All of those, big yes. It's like the lost of all the guilty pleasures I have while watching certain dramas haha

Out of curiosity, have you ever been in prison or know someone who was or worked in one? It's extremely unique environment so unless someone experienced it, I'd say it's hard to say how it really is. I talked to few people who work/ed in prison (thanks to 'family ties' and my university major) and at least in terms of social interactions it's pretty good. Obviously the administration and other things might differ depending on the country and laws there, so I can't comment in those aspects since I don't know much about criminal law in Korea.
I am just curious how you would describe the realistic portrait of prison life? :)

The bromance in this one is strong. I love Krystal but honestly I think her character is unnecessary in the storyline.
It gives me similar vibes that Black does, this dark humor grounded in grim reality.

It could make sense in so many way, just because you would never do that and you can't imagine someone else doing it, does not mean it's unrealistic. People do a lot of unimaginably bad things when they are desperate. For example when you feel wronged to the point of killing yourself but at the same time you want to bring down people who wronged you, because you know just killing yourself will mean nothing to them you may end up for example as a suicide pilot. Good people do bad things. That's the life. We all like to think we would never hurt or kill anyone, no matter the circumstances, but it;s not true. vast majority of people on the plant is capable of killing others, even innocent ones if the situation forces them. That's why I liked the idea of his brother being involved. That would be so much more captivating and could push forward the dynamics between Min Joo and Kang Woo, how would they deal with that, would MJ even be able to deal with it. And now it's just another generic revenge story, black and white. We know who is good we know who is bad. They could have created an amazing device to make the story fresh and more emotionally captivating...
And still even from the strictly directory way, this fake 'memory' was such a lazy way of confusing viewers especially since there are even currently airing dramas that are doing it right (While You were sleeping and Witch Court) when they CLEARLY show who's memories are whos and then slowly reveal the full story. In Mad Dog they just showed to contradicting stories without explain were the 1st one even come from. They could have just make the cockpit scene from ep 2 shorter but true the the actual events. OR from the start show the copilot as the one telling the story. The way they dealt with it was just bad planning on their part.
I am reaaaaalllyyy passionate about what I don;t and do like about this drama coz I had some high expectations but... it just does not work...

The drama is good and I truly appreciate the fact they (even tho it was in a funny way) talked about how weird it is for the main leads to try to hook up with 20 years olds when they are around 40 themselves. Coz that bothered me a bit tbh.

those 2 last eps.... were just... bad... did they really have to go that way? was it really necessary?

I hate where they are going with this drama, I think the production is just meh, they should have think of a clever and fresh way of hiding some information from viewers but instead decided to just show 2 totally different scenes of what happened without ANY explanation why they were different (coz no, they did not even hint the plane crash in ep2 might have been just what MJ though might have happened, or even what the public thought happened, coz we have clearly shown the TRUE events from Kang Woo's life, so it would be ridiculous to think half of the scenes are just normal flashback, and half are just imagination of 'whoever') . For real... the directing of this drama is just lazy. With what they showed in ep 7, we need to ignore whole 2nd ep or accept the fact they messed up with the story telling. It amazes me how much they are fucking up when they have all the BEST ingredients to make it work. The cast is spot on, the plot IF executed the right way could be interesting and fresh, the ost is AMAZING, the scenography is good, both director and writer have at least one good drama that they took part in producing so w know they can do some good shit.
Why is this one not working? why? I also don't like how we know so little about other members of Mad Dog. the lack of communication between Min Joon and Kang Woo at this point is just laughable. How they hinted that Hari might have some feelings for Kang Woo but it was never addressed and Min Joon is obviously the end game for her. I feel like there is just way too many things going on at the same time and not in a good intriguing way, more like 'they are dropping shit, half of it will be never addressed nor explained later on'. What's more: the lack of attention to details is horrendous. I can turn a blind eye on few small missteps coz they happen is every drama, but in this one... some of the missteps ain't even small.
I will watch this drama till the end, I will be annoyed while watching every new ep for sure. I truly adore this cast and I kind of love all the characters presented, they are all interesting. Separate elements of the drama are good, they just mostly don't work together?

I get where they are going with the plot, what I am saying they are doing bad job presenting it. As I said: if what happened in cockpit was just what MJ imagined, then they should have made clear distinction between that and Kang Woo's memories, and not just mix it together -> that's not clever way of keeping viewers interested in plot, it's just lazy production .
IF what happened in cockpit in ep 2 is true, then his brother did 1st tired to crash the plane, and then (maybe) at the last moment tried to pull it up again. but he was still the one responsible for the crash
I much rather think his brother was somehow related to the plane crash and the insurance company is now using the other pilot to get MJ to stop investigation. For them if they prove now that it was not MJ's brother fault he will get more money and he will stop the whole 'finding the truth' plan, since they think all he wants is more money from them. They are trying to make this whole case to go away.
I really like this drama (mostly for the characters and cast) but the production value is kind of meh. Many things don't make sense. Like how was MJ's brother literally crisped and the other pilot was 'fine' when they sat right next to each together during plane crash? There are many small things like that that bug me.

yeah but those must be flashback coz we also see scenes between Kang Woo and his family that we know really happen, so they could not be MJ imagining them. even if they make everything that happened on the plane in ep 2 just what MJ imagined must have happened, and not the real past, my point still stands: the writers fucked up with the story telling. Either they messed up the plot with what they showed in ep 2, and it was too late to fixed it so they will give some bullshit explanation later on, or they messed up the way they wanted to present the plot while mixing everyone pov in ep 2 without clear distinction between what really is the past that Kang Woo is remembering and what was just MJ imagination. IF you show up the past you need a clear point of view OR if you want to show how different people saw/imagined it you need clear distinction between those. Otherwise the plot just gets messy.
