Probably the most surprising and refreshing concept and execution of it we have seen in any k-bl so far. The seamless transition between the cute romance and borderline psychological horror was masterfully crafted, making me crave for a longer and more developed version of the same story.
Honestly, 2 things i liked the most was the directing and Lee Tae Vin's acting. The combination of these two made so many AMAZING scenes happen. god bless.
Solid 8/10. It peaked on episode 6, so the ending was a bit... less than I expected, but still real good.
And in context of your comments it is a spoiler. It's not just "I think it's gonna be a happy ending based on the tailer" it's "I saw spoilers about the ending on twitter, i know it's gonna be a happy ending" - that's different.
But also, why do I love this plot progression? How they switched from cute typical rom-com to psychological horror is AMAZING! No fucking one saw that coming, it's brilliant!
The whole skipping through points of time and places during the day? The confusion? Fear? AWESOME!
The last scene? Being forced who should die, who should live? damn.
Episode 5 seemed messy and I was getting confused, like they switching random scenes, we are missing a lot of context, and I was like - the heck is going on with editing team? ๐
But then at the beginning of episode 6 it hit me - shit is FUCKING INTENTIONAL AND IT'S FUCKING GREAT OMG.
Kidnapping? ๐ฅ
Literally angry cutting a fucking plastic backet of ice cream in half? ๐ฅ
Casual stalking? ๐ฅ
He is legit causal psycho and I stan ๐ฅฐ
Also, I will never ever ever move on from Na In Woo's voice. ๐ญ
Every week I get surprised how good Na In Woo's voice is ๐ฅ
Joo Ran's husband is bigger trash than Min Hwan. Being awful to your adult partner is one thing, but being neglectful parent is just ๐ก๐ก๐ก๐ก
Yo, I like the high school bullies. Love how the bitch went - at least we need to try to do something. "A decent person should make up for their wrong doings"
I CANNOT FUCKING WAIT FORE THAT SLAP IN NEXT EPISODE! People wait for the first kiss, I am waiting for the first slap ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ
reacted differently, which was stupid mistake. that's a fact. there was no real reason for her to trust Jung Min so much, especially in a weird situation like that when there are people going around trying to kill her. That's the whole point - smart decision would be not trusting any of them, but decision would be trusting either.
Up till now, everyone showed interest in more than once person, maybe except for Da Hye, since she is so fixated on her ex. By that standard everyone is a player ยฏ\_(ใ)_/ยฏ
I kind of find your comment contradicting. Kwang Tae being open to more than one girl and not focusing on one makes him player, but at the same time when talking about Yu Jeong you said "I need her to be open to others and not just stick with only one" - wouldn't ger getting involved with more than one guy make her a player ๐คฃ
Expecting them to get after one person, when they know each other for 4 freaking days and most of them did not even have a chance to have a conversation with each other one on one is a but much to ask ๐คฃ For me, I would rather they all show interest in everyone at first, actually go on a date with more than one person, and then, after they based their judgement on more than looks and first impression, start to lean towards one or the other. It's far more mature approach. People need to interact with each other and get to know each other before they make choice like that ยฏ\_(ใ)_/ยฏ
