The romance was great. Refreshing as fuck that we legit have no idea what's up and who the end game is (unless you read the novel I guess?? I didn't so I know nothing 🙂). Like... the one I thought to be the most obvious choice by the cliches is so fucking behind I feel like he did not even take one step from the starting line in that love quest 🤡

Xiao Yao is a great character, tho i hate her with Tushan Jing, coz the two of them together are just ..... soooooooooo boring. They give me nothing.

But the chemistry between her and Xiang Liu? 🔥🔥 His character for sure went through the biggest character development, but I also appreciate how the core of who the character is, stays the same.

Still... ma man Cang Xuan. The broest Bro ever. No idea what made me enjoy his character so much, but I feel like he is just so low-key on surface, but has this meme and psycho side that is just so entertaining and attacks you out of nowhere when you cannot defend yourself 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I am sorry, but I refuse to believe it's love when a person is leaving his wife to be raped by other men "because she was dirtied this way". And again, this explanation of "he was hurt so it clouded his judgment that's why he did not go after her right away" is also trying to rationalize the fact he does not love her as a person, he just loves the idea of having her as his perfect wife. 2 years past since she left and came back. If in 2 years he does not know her enough and her morality to know she would never run away after marrying him, it means he was never interested in getting to know her more in the first place...

Even if I KNEW for a fact my partner cheated on me, but then there was a chance they are in trouble, I would check first, get angry later. Because if you really love someone, you put aside your ego and pride if they might be in danger.

How I feel they might deal with husband? I think he might find out about her now staying with Jang Hyun and to save his face he might just tell everyone she died. Then he can still seem like a great husband who tried to bring his wife back, but he could not - she was killed. He obviously cares more about his ego and how others see him than he cares for Gil Chae.

It was Jong Jong who went behind Gil Chae's back and against her wish, tried to contact Jang Hyun. If you want to criticize Gil Chae, fine. But at least criticize her for things she actually did 🤡

So yeah, the scene of them meeting when JAng Hyun paid to "spend the night with her" and her being exhausted, but still denying Jang Hyun's help and him refusing to do what she asks for, and just deciding to do what he wants hits me so much harder than their first time seeing each other at the end of the last episode. This is just so tragic...

Jang Hyun is so badass. Here is what you do if you love someone. First Gu Jam going after Jong Jong even thought she was sold quite some time ago, he does not give a fuck, he is going to get her back. Jang Hyun literally making a complete mess in slave market, anything he can to get Gil Chae back. And then there is the officer who went back coz he thought she was already raped. I am still confused why people thought he truly loved her 🤡

You know what I want? Jang Hyun to find out her husband was actually there to get her, but went back home alone at the end. I want to see that anger and need to kill in Jang Hyun's eyes 😂😂

So... here comes -0.5 from my final rating for them cliffchangers that are clearly supposed to lead us to think they saw each other, but they actually don't. The first one? Sure, fair enough. Doing it twice in a row? Fuck nope. That's cheap.

I'm 6 minutes in, I should not be crying yet. First Gil Chae not leaving Jong Jong, then the older man helping them which means his death 😭😭😭 and then the women killing themselves instead of being captured again... which is also a great comeback to simiuilar scene in pt1. PAIN. And then they seperated Jong Jong and Gil Chae, right after Gil Chae told Jong Jong not to kill herself and that she will protect her. WHY IS THIS EPISODE ESPECIALLY PAINFUL OMG!

Well.. at least I get the break from pain with all the bullshit about Gil Chae's life being less valuable than some random bitch ass dude's son just coz she might have lost chastity. Anger helps go through the pain for sure.

I'm happy we get to see more Yeon Jun, I was honestly interested in his character even if he was frustrating as fuck. I love to watch him slowly find himself and understand who he is and what are his values, and not just blindly follow what he was brainwashed to think. And iit's all presented in such a slow paced and gradual way, exactly how I like it.

I cannot stop laughing at the horror like background music when Jang Hyun meets the hunter lady as the Princess for the first time 🤣 I mean, it is fitting, because her having this much power if truly horror for jang Hyun, but still, the music was real strong on scary vibes hahaha

That said, HOLY FUCK DAMN THE PERFORMANCES! Especially Ahn Eun Jin in this scene just.... DAMN.

At times I feel like I'm missing something, because I never felt like FL was his priority since he got back his noble status 😅

I honestly don't get on what planet he is a green flag. If people just said he is the best option - sure, that's something that can be discussed, but green light? Since when a guy who publicly hides your relationships and is in a relationship with another woman, which constantly hurts and humiliates you, but then hooks up with you in private is a green flag? 🤡

I'm 28 episodes in and I'm real close to wanting to skip all Tushan Jing scenes.

For someone who claims to love female lead so much, he not doing much so far to get her out of the "side bitch" role in that "love triangle" relationship. At the end of the day there are a lot of other priorities more important to him than Xiao Yao and that alone is fine (all the other male characters also have other things that at times are more important), but he is one to claim she is the most important, but his actions says otherwise - that's what annoys the fuck out of me.

From the start I disliked their dynamic, because there was no balance between them at all, but I hoped it would changed a bit as the drama progresses, but now it just flipped - no he basically does whatever, and as long as he shows his sad puppy eyes, FL will forgive and forget everything. Before that he was blindly following her, now she id doing that. And I'm more of an "equal partners" type of a girl 😅

Quite a nice follow up after opening episodes. Full of cute and fun interaction between different characters, sprinkled with a dose of mystery and a big spoon of romance.

Glad we are getting different characters' perspective and we get the context of how Jin Seo Won feels about Hae Na, because it was all kind of vague for many people with his fear and a bit awkward behavior.

The mystery around Lee Bo Gyeom gets more focus which is always good lol. I can imagine how this would be probably the most interesting aspect of the plot for people who have not read the webtoon.

Loved how silly the comedy was, and the different ways Hae Na tried to help Seo Won was simply adorable.
Kind of want more scenes between Do Gyeom and Seo Won 😅

yeah, they opened with the bar scene so present time, went 24 years back, kids. then +12 years online, +12 after she got married 😅
