Maybe not everyone is entitled to the truth but they did promise they'll leave together, that he'll wait for her. Promises were made. I think he owes her the truth for that at least. Or if he can't say or give the truth at least he shouldnt lie to her.

But FL's action may be a petty revenge for the way he forced her to leave for college. It may be for her safety and she is better off attending a good uni, but she's stubborn and she would resent being forced that way. But. Might change my mind after watching the episodes. Let's see. 😁
