I am just starting and only on ep 8, but I love your description. From what I can see of the ML right now I know I am going to feel the same.

Read my interpretation of the ending pinned above. I might sound delusional but I had to work my way through it. LOL!

There was something about this show. I don't regret watching it. Even with all the nationalism and all that went along with it, I still loved the romance and the friendships.

That is what I thought when I read the ending of the novel for Bright Eyes in the Dark😭 It didn’t work out that way.

I know what you are saying. I go back and forth. But for everything there seems to be an explanation. The team could be crying because the dedication to the firefighters. The show really got to me. One thing is for sure is that the director was trying to be creative. The thing that would make me think he was just away or the reason he was late is that Nan Chu again that he should go protect the safety of the country and she would protect him.

I still have the music going around in my head. It was quite emotional.

I started watching South Wind Knows. It ends in another week and I heard it has a happy ending. LOL! Now where have we heard that before?

Well, I am just talking my way through it. I was so invested in the characters. I don't know what these directors are thinking in the name of creativity. They must know people are going to get mad. I saw a comment from someone who said he canceled his subscription to Iqiyi right after the end of the show. He was that mad!
But there is no way to know whether he is or not. The director needs to explain his ending. He obviously intended to cause a stir.

I hope it will be a happy ending! No more open endings. I just watched two in a row and started this show to help me move on. Cheng Yi is playing his part well and making me smile. I know there will be tears as I have been reading the comments but as long as the chemistry is good and the ending is happy I will accept it.

Well, I saw. his anger at the start of the show. As long as what I see in him now is till evident later or not completely gone. He is protective of the FL. He has a cute sense of humor. He is just so adorable.

His brother seems to love him.

I will do that also. I just saw the candy kiss. So cute. That was ep 5. Well not sure that was a kiss exactly but you know what I mean.
