Seriously, only because that (kind of) video you can be suicide? Really?
It was fake, but it's still pornography that people spread in the internet, and used it to make fun and sexualize her. The way the guys were even coming close at her was so disgusting, while the whole class was laughing it off. Her self felt ruined. And it wasn't only that, she was also already getting bullied by the other group of girls. While her friends also didn't seem to know or care only later. It was actually all too much.
PS. I already explained it but some insensitive people still refused to understand and simplifying/minimizing the bullying/trauma she went through from her classmates. At the end of the day, it caused her pain.
Surprised to see the negative comments because the twists of the plot has been so amazing and exciting. It's unpredictable to see how they deal and fought with each other during the game, especially with the revelation of the roles by the doctor, police and last mafia. The episodes got better in the middle and the ending was mind blowing. It's so sick but there's a deep reason behind it. It's honestly a cool yet cruel revenge. The last scene where they start again in the abyss gave me chills.
The title should have been "Shut Up: Rotten Boy Band"
This is the second time I hated a drama that made me so frustrated and this is gonna be a long rant... This drama is basically just about a bunch of childish reckless troublemakers who are rock star wannabes. There's an unexpected tragic event in episode 3 where I thought it's just a dream sequence and they would just go back to the real event, but the scenes keeps on going that I couldn't believe it really happened. Like what??? I was so confused and dumbfounded. And when you thought losing someone dear to them will finally make them grow up and learn about life, they only got worse and worse and worse. The unnecessary romance specifically ruined this drama. It's supposed to be an inspiring underdog story about a highschool band who overcomes the obstacles on their way and proving everyone wrong while chasing for their dreams, but instead they just turned it to a obsessive knight in shining armor chasing a damsel in distress who only gives them distractions and causes them troubles. That MF just shamelessly dragged their band and lose his priority. If the original leader didn't disappear, it would have been more messy and worst with the love square. All the male characters are sooo annoying, they're literally just horny teenagers and stupid thugs who are out of touch with reality and only relies to their aggressiveness. If they wanted to make music freely on their own, they should have just became an indie band. If you're going to be a public persona, a clean image is obviously important but they just keep on making a mess. They can't even act professional but just being whiny kids and spoiled brats when they're also not rich. Humbleness and decency is nowhere to be found. They always have an issue and they never have peace. And that playboy is the most annoying member, the audacity of him to accuse Hyunsoo when he's the most useless member of their band who only cares about looks and girls, that's even the only reason why he joined their band so he could get more girls. His bitterness is ridiculous. They don't have passion, sincerity and they're just never serious. It's just fun and games for them. Hyunsoo also had few annoying parts, but out of everyone, he's the only one who made sense and has the guts to slap them about reality. He's also the only serious one since he has a deep reason why he wants to pursue his dreams. He have a dedication and desire because he wants to help his sister. That's why I still support him if he goes solo as he should. While for the female characters, they're also really annoying who's entitled and delusional that keeps on clinging to the guys just because they feel lonely. They only keep on bringing them down and they need to leave them alone. What's worse of all, because of the romance that was not needed in this drama, the band members just forgot their original leader. What's the point of the plot? Where's the revenge and justice? (There's a famous quote, "Success is the best revenge", but of course their dumbxsses don't know that). They completely just erased his existence which is the most disappointing thing. I couldn't feel their friendship or brotherhood. They don't even have the harmony as a team and they don't share the same vision which is the cause of their destruction. Teamwork is important for a band but they keep on ruining it especially that MF who's always so busy drooling on a Cinderella that he haven't even known for long. He easily abandoned his band and has the false sense of responsibility to her life. Everyone is just hanging out for the sake of playing instruments. I couldn't feel any emotions from them.
Overall, this drama could have been better if they only focused on the journey of the band without any romance. I didn't enjoy this drama and everyone turned me off. Maybe because they're just immature teenagers, but they have no self awareness and control at all! I couldn't find any single reason to root for their band and I even want them to disband. They've been so annoying since episode 1 and seeing their constant problems didn't made me feel bad. They did it to themselves and they are bound to be doomed. There was also no character development and the ending was forced. I guess this is what the drama is about, losers who accepted their failures just because they want to have fun while they're young. Telling everyone to "shut up" because they refuse to take lessons until they rot.
PS. Even their band name is fitting - "Eye Candy" - they're only attractive at first due to their cute outer appearance, but they will eventually rot your insides when you know them more. They're pretentious and toxic.
This is hat this place is - no substance - pretty makeup faces and woah its good.
LOL you just sound like a bitter hater. No one is talking about kdramas, but your typical jdrama insecure ass is projecting to it. And before talking your own nonsense, you should open your eyes. You haven't even watch any kdramas but there's a lot of amazing kdramas out there that deserves their high ratings. The highest rated are Move To Heaven and Moving, which are profound masterpieces.
No. The Gifted has few students in a special class. While Moving expands from different timelines and various characters. It also has a grand production. It's more of a Korean Marvel.
Don't judge the book by its cover, but I'm someone who cares about posters. This movie has one of the best posters ever, it's ethereally beautiful. But honestly, I got dissapointed when the movie is just low budget.
This movie is extremely extremely disturbing, but the most disturbing part is how the son actor, Seo Youngjoo, was only 15 in this movie! (Probably 14 when they filmed it). He was a minor but he did all those inappropriate things and it didn't even look like he had a stunt. How the hell did his parents approved this?! Was he forced? Did he even had a therapist during and after filming? The director is also a problematic abusive criminal. It's been 10 years but I'm very concerned about him. I really hope nothing bad happened to him and he should have already forgotten this movie.
This was so unpredictable and the episodes just keeps on getting better. My predictions to their roles are wrong, but I'm not mad at all to the mafias. I'm even proud of them for blending in and making a plan. I'm just glad to see how the bullies suffered. I love how they betrayed each other and even created a bigger mess for themselves.
The most amazing part is someone's revival by the doctor. I didn't expect it and it just made me smile so much, just wow. But I'm also so sad for the doctor. And with the ending scene of this week's episode, it got me more hyped. I love all the twists and turns of the plot and how the characters are dealing with each other.
PS. I thought it's so unfair how everyone loses consciousness and in vulnerable state while the mafias are awake to kill, but it's actually better that they die in their sleep. Not feeling any pain and even knowing they died. If I was in the game, I'd prefer to die that way.
"Boyhood" is an awesome drama. The first four episodes were so amusing and creative. I couldn't stop smiling and laughing while watching how the life of a weak guy changed due to a misunderstanding and how his ridiculously epic adventures went on. The tension yet excitement of it got me so hooked. I love the humor, vibes and retro style of this drama. But not everything's gonna be just fun and games. I mean they're literally dealing with bullies and gangsters. Even then, it's already dark with many violence, the comedic tone is just bigger. But after episode 5 and 6, it got more dark and brutal. I like how the MC is effortlessly funny, smart on his own ways and he never hesitates to bring justice... But I also don't like how he's such a coward, naive and he instantly just gives up. If he was trying to take the identity of someone else, he should at least work hard to own it. I thought he was going to start being strong and learn to fight. But instead, he only relied on the other guys and he became so cocky which really annoyed me. He was so out of touch with reality and he keeps on mindlessly provoking the original gangster. Despite the impersonation, they were cool with each other, but it all collapsed just because he easily got swayed by a girl who was using him and he gained false confidence from it. At first, I didn't feel bad since I saw it coming. But as things gets worse, it was extremely painful to watch.
"Boyhood" is an awesome drama. The first four episodes were so amusing and creative. I couldn't stop smiling and…
The unserious things in this drama that really bothered me is how the teacher came to meet his parents because he was absent, but they just completely ignored all his bruises! Wtf, they weren't worried at all. And how nobody was hospitalized or punished with all the beatings before, but only when the MC started to fight that it happened. It's so unbelievable how the victims has to keep on suffering and even forced to turn into perpetrators themselves, while those thugs are freely doing whatever they want while ruling the school. I'm sorry to say this, but I hope something bad happens so it will cause an uproar at their school and make them feel guilty... I just really hope the MC gets a huge character development and he becomes so strong while all those thugs deserves the worst.
Kang San is THE ULTIMATE kdrama superhero. He has the ability to time travel, time stop, teleport, telekinesis, telepathy, superhuman strength, healing and more. It's actually mind blowing. The plot of "Miraculous Brothers" is focused more on the mystery where his super abilities worked, but the supernatural part is less satisfying and they could do more with it. I could imagine a crossover with "Moving" characters if they ever try to make a spin off drama.
A haunting portrayal of a beautiful woman, her struggles and turn to chaos for taking off her beauty after a terrible experience. Men are lustful over her and even her only friend is insecure over her. She has no one until the police came to her life. I was actually glad that there's at least a decent man who's understanding of her, but lust also made him go crazy on her. She was suffering from her trauma while constantly denying her reality to erase her pain and get rid of the attention from men. She was destroying herself due to the curse of her beauty which ruined her in the first place. He was the only one who tried to help and care for her which rooted from his responsibility as a police, but he also took advantage of it and eventually turned into a creepy stalker who crossed the line. I was so shocked by his actions and he really just had to make it worse. This movie is so disturbing, but the ending is the most disturbing part. It's extremely disgusting. When you thought it's over but it's not. It's so scary and what's scarier is things like these also happens in real life. People think beautiful women have it easy, but danger is following them everywhere even in little things. From their own consciousness to the perception of others, there's a lot more to the dark side that drowns them in. It's unbelievable and tragic.
PS. I'm so confused by what the police did... Did he put a gun on her hand because he knew he was doing something wrong so she could defend herself or did he want her to kill herself because he saw how her condition keeps getting worse... Either of it, it's so fxcked up how he made her into a mass murderer when she's a helpless victim!
I actually didn't like this movie because of the guard and queen. I commented negatively about them, but after…
But I still have to admit, I was laughing so much when the guard was cut off and the queen went so crazy over it that she passed out. I thought they deserved it 😅
I actually didn't like this movie because of the guard and queen. I commented negatively about them, but after reading the other comments, my perspective changed. It made me understand the guard and queen. At first, I was annoyed how they only had lust with each other, but looking deeper at the details, there was really a growing affection and love between them. I'll probably like this movie if I watch it again now with an open mind.
I was captivated by Moon Woojin's skater boy character and subtle acting in the movie "Where Would You Like to Go". He looks familiar since I already saw him in other dramas, but I'm so surprised that he's the nerd boy in "Castaway Diva". I didn't recognized him, he looks different because of the style and he's also growing. He's a good actor and I'm looking forward to see him in more dramas.
"Devils" is a mind bending thriller movie with a crazy ride and I love the twists of it. This reminds me of "I Saw the Devil" where the police thought they're in control of the fugitive criminals but they only made it worse. The ending was so intense!
PS. I like how the partner police immediately believe the body swap because he knew that concept from movies. But he's at the wrong movie...
PS. I already explained it but some insensitive people still refused to understand and simplifying/minimizing the bullying/trauma she went through from her classmates. At the end of the day, it caused her pain.
They could be playing the game for a month but it's only less than a day in real life.
