We don't know if Crown Prince wants the girl or the military power.

It was great to watch FL and SFL fight.
Will FL win or will ML spawn into the room to stop them?
SML tried to intervene, but he was repeled.

Crown Prince's behaviour is truely despicable. That general Xin might be a tomboy, totally clueless in her love life. Thus, possibly gullible. *sigh*

I also think SFL could turn evil. She is starting off by being suspicious of FL.
That cannot end well. Once ML will make his move, her jealousy might flare up.

You are welcome. Yes, I liked it too. I was pissed by the second couple. And the fact that, at the end, they tried to make us believe that, this rascal of RW was a good person. To make us cry whe he dies. I don't buy it.
But overall, I liked it.

There are ways to survive quicksand. There is a technic. I was intrigued too and googled it.
So it is believable that ML survived. ML said BOA agent are capable of surviving quicksand because they master the desert. He also said that, there are galleries or caves beneath the desert.

It seems that's way the characters speaks in the novel. I don't think he will change tone.

I don't know why they are re-experiencing different lifetimes, but it seems that, the only character aware of what is happenning is FL. Could she find the solution to take everybody out of this maze? Maybe.
I think that the smoke entity whose sect elder is following, is using their lifetimes to revive himself. But I am not sure.

ep 20 : I hope FL will understand what is treason thanks to this arc.

A season 2 would be perfect, but they already killed the hero. So no hope for it *sigh*

I don't understand why there is so much of RW's story on the lasts episodes. It is, as if they wanted us to like RW and forget that he is a desert ranker and a serial killer.
