Episode 20 was really my favourite of the series so far. I watched it 3 times. So good. It narrates all the mythology of the drama. The mission. The premises of the story explained. The hand and its weapons. Remnants of the war. The smartness of the leads. The sense of sacrifice. And so much more.
I always wondered why Yuan Zhong (ML) was harsh toward the celestial realm and Ji Tan Yin (FL). With episode 20 I understood why. We previously knew that from childhood Yuan Zhong was a true believer. But all the bad things that happenned to him turn his love into hatred. At some point he was certainly hoping that help would come and didn't see any coming. So that's totally understandable.
That will be a difficult nut to crack for Ji Tan Yin though.
I binged every episode in 2 days without noticing. Frankly great show. <3 I hope the express package will be released soon. I wish all eps were out yet.

Yes, this drama is like those you refered to. Real palace setting and wuxia without fantasy. The only magical artefact we know of are the 3 flowers and the blood spirit so far.
I'm on episode 9 and this is good so far. Impersonation, betrayal and conflicted desires amidst palace ploy. And of course the acting is great. I enjoy it.

You are right, their next step is filing for bankruptcy. Honestly I don't know how any artist who is signed in this agency can stay associated with a firm who gathered such bad press worldwied. The article relays information posted on internet. I use its feed to stay up to date regarding this scandal but I don't trust the amount any new outlet comes up with. I think they are over exagerrated to shock people. However, I think the amount is huge and watching Kim Soo Hyun crying at his press conference. I cant tell his acting is good and he did all he could to salvage his agency.

Indeed they did not explain if the face changing is definitive or not. We saw her change face. And I think it is not. But I have to verify it, because if she could change face as she like, maybe she would have used this ability to spy or to escape places.
