Exactly what I disliked. The circle of violence should have stopped. If ML didn't have the child he would have attempted suicide like FL did earlier in the story.
She was too cruel. She forgot she was trap by ML in the small mansion because
The Duan family and the Yi family and someone else (Second master Huo) wanted to kill her.
She was not a great FL because of that, she became despicable to me at that point of time.

She became so dumb She was not in a prison, she was in reality in a panick room, where she was protected. She only saw she was in a mansion not that ML did all he could to protect her life, same way Mr Wu did doing martial arts.

Of course I understand that she was hurt by ML before but she went to far for me regarding the circumstances. She was just mean.

Generally speaking FLs are more intelligent than brutal. They usually stop the circle of violence. Not this particular FL.

I ended up disliking FL because of the way she retaliates.

Yes I watched it and wrote a review. I liked it very much despite the ending in which I would have liked more details on the retributions.

Yes Mao amazed me; She was a warrior in the last episode. She was completely diferent from the weak and servil Mao we so in the begining.
I liked the coporate part because in other dramas I saw them just tell stories about what happened in the conglomerate and honestly , it feels hasty. I am happy I could witness the events alongside the leads.

Yes Azuma was not a trashy SFL after all and that's good. I was tired of those lately like in "Mr and Ms higarashy" or "revenge boyfriend". Those SFL are ready to do anything just for ML to look at them. A pity.
However, I wouldn't say azuma was good because she wanted to belittle Mao to much. It was ugly.

Indeed, Ando's 10 years crush was a big loss for her. She had to come up with a story in order not to loose face. I believe her 50%.
Because reality is : she wanted Ando, she went the whole process with her parents. Sure that she would be Ms Ando and that's why she marked territories with Mao. And at the end of the day, she was rejected. So coming with a narrative that she wasn't that interested in him so just hearing the story was boring to her, seems a lie to me to help her keep face. After all she did.
Reality is, she was delusional, obsessed with him regardless of the fact he always avoided her.

Kota, was very pitiful. I am happy he could right his wrongs and start over. He made the effort to walk until Mao's farm in the countryside and ended up helping her. Yes he deserves forgiveness because he showed his sincerity. I liked that he could be redeemable.


Yes the CEO believed he was almighty. Too bad for him. Of course it could have been better. But that's OK. We got closure.

The ending was indeed very sweet but although it was shot in only one location ( for the most part ) I have the feeling it could have been complexified more.
Because of the retributions.
I also felt a little bit unsettled because of the ending.

What about Kota. He just confessed and that's it. No reprecutions? We didn't see people dragging him for interrogation or something, which would have implied a retribution.

What about Azuma. Although she let Mao in and she appeared cocky rejecting Hajime, we didn't see him rejecting her and her realizing that despite being mean to Mao, in the end, this served nothing.

Luckily we had the biggest retribution : the CEO. That I liked.
Overall I enjoyed it.

So now, this is the endgame. In my opinion she is too hasty. Her plan will not procede as planned. The Emperor might have a trump card. We will see.

Ok, he doesn't hide his face for long in this drama.

Episode 21 and 22 were a big twist in the story because now we are in the endgame. Happy to know you like our take on the show. And I hope you were enjoy it when it is completely released. Also happy to know we love the same thing. I hope the story will continue to be that good and they give us a good ending. Let's see.

It is because we watch those red flag male lead who make us disgusted that in real life we process those negative feelings, notice those red flag men in real life and we can repel them more easily.

In the first episode she said she needed to grow hate, love and despair.
This is why she asked her brother Shi Han to help her fake a flirtatious encounter or intercourse. We don't know yet. So that Mu Han can feel sadness.

And honestly if the child's conception date could be manipulated. The antagonist would have done it. If she didn't, it is because she couldn't. ( for some reasons : time span, time spent with the Emperor and the brother...)

Because it was the climax alongside the moment Maika found out Shun was her former classmate and crush. That SMF looked completely crazy in that scene, by the way.

Good description of the mothers. I don't think Maika's mother will change at all. I think she can only accept things as they are. To me the two mother are equally the worst. Because Maika's mother as not succeeded in making her dream come true. So she is harrassing Maika. And although Shun's mother is now rich, she is still asking for this marriage alliance and she is diminishing her son calling him useless. This is equally harassment on their children.


I hope too. I also think SML might really fall for Maika.
If he is evil, that love will turn to obsession. Oh that would put Maika in dire situations.
