Logically what you say makes sense. However, given the way things are handled by KSH's lawyer now (denying the facts and trying to question the evidences and saying that KSH is depressed). Those lawyers would really like to jump on an opportunity like this one to make KSH play the victim card even more. That way they could deflect the debate from the only truth : he dated a minor.

I am also very sad for Sae Ron and I am very disgusted to see how she has been cyber bullied while she was alive by Lee Jin Ho and others (the family wants to sue him for that). And This cyber bullying continues to date. I hope she rests in peace too.
